Absolutely everything and was a most memorable experience. The terrace directly opposite the lack was enjoyed to the max. The kitchen has a real wow factor and is well equipped. Since we are a family with 2 adult children the 3 separate sleeping spaces was great. Good location and owner was exceptional in his welcome and during departure.

The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and is equipped with everything you’d need. The complex is very secure, as is the underground garage. The location is absolutely ideal as the old town is just across the road, with seemingly an unlimited choice of restaurants. It’s also a very short walk to the ferry boats and all the boat hire places along the lake. The views of the lake with a backdrop of the mountains is stunning. Joseph was available to provide a seamless check-in and check-out, and lift access from the garage to the apartment meant it was easy to move luggage.

Location could not be better. The studio apartment is beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and happily provided any information or amenities (we forgot to get a converter but he kindly provided 2 of his own).

The host was Delightful and easy to work with. The location of the apartment is right in the heart of the old town and very charming. The interior was very modern and well appointed! I loved the unique addition of the sauna.

El apartamento es perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia. Tiene un salón comedor muy amplio y una magnifica terraza. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Se encuentra muy bien situado del centro de Annecy y del Lago. Se puede ir andando a todas partes. También tiene un supermercado. La plaza de garaje es amplia. Tiene opción de pedir que traigan el desayuno. Nosotros la escogimos y es muy completo (Pan, Croissant, Napolitana, yogures, fruta, zumo de naranja, mantequilla, mermelada). También dispone de lavadora y secadora. Ideal para pasar unos días en familia. Lo recomiendo.
