The upgraded appartment was excellent. The reception staff when they realised a mistake had been made with our booking handled the situation in a very apologetic, polite and professional manner. Despite our initial disappointment their efforts were very welcome and appricated by us. They are a credit to their workplace.

The stay at Tenerife Royal Garden exceeded all expectations. The apartment was neat and equipped with everything and more than you need for a pleasant stay, a large terrace with a view of the pool and partly of the ocean. The apartment was right next to a beautiful sandy beach. The biggest surprise was that we got a bigger apartment than the one we booked for the same price. Many thanks also to the manager who accommodates every wish, for example, we wanted a soft mattress, they immediately changed it. Once again, many thanks to Tenerife Royal Garden for enabling us to have a pleasant stay in beautiful Tenerife. Goran Krajner

Modern apartment. Spotless on arrival spacious for 2 people. Plenty storage for clothes. Has everything we needed. Iron, hairdryer kitchenette etc. Bed was comfortable. Shower was powerful. Lovely Balcony with view with lovely furniture. Excellent location lovely staff. Pool bar exceptional value and food is delicious staff so friendly.

Great communication before and throughout the stay -Video sent by Susy before arrival - location of key box and key code, safe & pool key location. Apartment had all cooking facilities, comfy beds, great shower, spotlessly clean, great location, little welcome gift of wine and water. Wifi great. Supermarket across the road. Pleasant stay and would return on our next visit to Tenerife

Perfect location with walking distance to all shops, restaurants, beaches and public transport. Accommodation was also flawless. Nice and clean pool next to the appartment which was never crowded. Highly recommend this place!

Stylish apartment in the middle of bars and restaurants. We love location but it’s way too noisy at night to get a good sleep. Hope apartments building is being renovated. Pool area was nice and quiet. Would stay again but would need an ear plugs 😉

Very clean, newly renovated apartment. Excellent sea view, huge windows so a lot of light from sunrise to sunset. Lots of storage space for personal items. Big comfortable beds. Equipped with everything you might need (though having a vacuum cleaner at hand would be an asset esp. for longer stays). Great location (nice and easy walking distance to a promenade, right next to the bus station, close to many supermarkets - e.g. Spar, walking distance to Siam Park).

Spectacular views over the town, out to sea & perfect to watch sunsets from the many different vantage points. The ground floor is perfect for group dining, BBQ, dining area & large sofa. The top floor is the main living/breakfast area with kitchen & access to the pool from the front. We loved our stay here, the feeling of space & light is exceptional, the decor throughout is stylish & comfortable. Ideal if you want to get away from the hectic centre of Las Americas but a car is needed!
