I write with mixed feelings because after I recommend the place it will be more difficult for me to get it, because everyone will want it. First of all I must mention Mark's dedicated, considerate and helpful care. All my requests were immediately answered and even when there was a problem getting the deposit back he personally arranged It . Regarding the apartment. It had everything a family needs. It was clean and well-equipped. The air conditioning was very good. Although one room only had a fan, but we didn't need it. The view is fantastic, you can see beach side sunrise daily from your bed. As the landlord said, the house is designed by Gaudi as his first residencies, and it is quite large, enough for 14 people to engage here. The yard is large and everything is clean. Most importantly, when I asked if there is any shampoos and plastic bags, the landlord bought for me immediately! All pictures shown in the front page is real, and the place is even better than the picture.

The location is very nice, 15 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the toan center with all sorts of restaurants and cafes . The apartment is big and comfortable, it has air conditioning, washer/dryer and hot water of course. When we arrived it was very clean, spotless. With very buce smell all over the place. Highly recommended
