L'appartamento è inserito in un complesso molto tranquillo. La reception è presente 24h e il personale è sempre cortese e ben disponibile. La piscina è ad uso gratuito, si paga solo se si vuole prendere lettino e ombrellone. L'appartamento in cui eravamo era perfetto per due persone, pulito, ordinato e con tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Per diversi motivi abbiamo quasi sempre cenato a casa e avere un rifugio accogliente dopo una giornata in giro per Tenerife è stato bello... era come sentirsi a casa. Margherita e Federico, i gestori dell'appartamento, sono gentili e disponibili. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto facendoci trovare bevande fresche, biscotti e della frutta oltre ad aver risposto ad ogni nostro quesito. Posto consigliato!!! :)

Appartamento enorme !! Molto più grande di quello che si può percepire in foto con un salotto molto ampio e la vetrata che da su ll terrazzo altrettanto spazioso e poi la vista dal terrazzo… non si può desiderare di più ! Menzione d’onore per Rosy, la signora che si occupa delle pulizie… impeccabile e super simpatica!

This apartment was very well equipped. The kitchen had nice cookware and plenty of dishes. The hosts provided plenty of towels to include beach towels. There were extra blankets in every room and plenty of storage space for our suitcases and clothes. The hosts were very responsive. The microwave did not work and when I informed them of this they came and took a look at it right away and replaced it the same day. Excellent service. If we are lucky enough to make it back to Tenerife we will be staying here again!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful... modern, clean and in perfect position for all amenities! Really nice pool area and bar/cafe on site as well! Perfect!

Residencial quite area Modern estudio with terrace you can see the sunset the view is great, the pool not crowded and easy access with smartphone application. Really nice beach passing los cristianos its a good 25 min . You also have taxis around all the time and transport that is running often

The enitre 2 weeks holiday was fantastic. The hosts are absolutely amazing ensuring everything before and right until the last day was smooth. Fantastic instant responses using whats app. Met us and took us to the well equiped apartment with quick lifts. Two double bedrooms, large living area with smart tv and plenty of channels and youtube, internet fantastic. Very clean and tidy, complete with all amenities, washer, hairdryer, iron and lots of toiletries. Kitchen was full and eating out in the verander was absolute bliss morning or night. We stayed in December and the heated pool outside was hot enough to swim and sunbathe. which i found a major attraction I have stayed in places with outdoor but unheated pools where this would not be possible. I would certainly recommend this place because of Yaiza and her husband as well as the beautifully decorated apartment. Finally, it is about 5 minutes downhill walk to two large supermarkets, 6 minutes walk to the entertainment strip and about 10 minutes to the beaches. A taxi ride is only 4 euro if you do not want to benefit from the walk home! I hope to be back! 10 out of 10 for me, Colin

Lovely comfortable roomy apartment in a very convenient location near to bus station - easy to catch number 40 bus to and from airport. Very clean and plenty of plates / cutlery etc for the 4 of us. Washing machine, safe and sofas/ tv nice touches. Ceiling fans in all rooms and AC if needed. Balcony with seating. Great restaurants within 2 or 3 mins of property. Pool area lovely although it lost sun early at lower end. Property at top of hill - you walk down into Los Cristianos - nots an issue for us but could be for some. Nice to have balcony but it didn't really have a view as on first floor lower than pool area. Would recommend, we had a lovely holiday here and would stay again.
