1-Great location, there is a balcony with panoramic sea view for you to sit and drink what you like. 2-Haidar is a humble guy welcoming you from the begining to the end with a great smile. 3-Private room for you ,it's enough for a short stay with low budget . 4-most important there is a lift to take you to floor NR 5 ,which is the best thing in this place .

* Amazing service and staff. Place was cleanest I have seen. the beach is visible from every room * it was nicely updated, modern decor, very great linens and towels. loved the cookies left for us the first night. great kitchenette. full refrigerator. great outdoor seating. it was very close to downtown. * Great place, nice and clean, very comfortable beds. Everything was very good, and we really enjoyed our stay. * The renovations are wonderful! So modern and clean! The beds are very comfortable! Full kitchenette. Big sceeen Tv. Was a very pleasant stay. I appreciate the heavy duty locked doors to the suites and recycle bins available. Also, nightlight in the bathroom was a great touch!

Staff are friendly and helpful. El koptan Mr Mohamad is amazing person Mr Mahmoud on the job all the time, working day and night ..when stove did not work , he did not wait a second and changed on the spot.

The owner and other staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is spotless, the shower is good, and the internet is fine with some issues on the last day. The rooms are actually better than the pictures, but this could be just the rooms we saw. The neighborhood is fine and close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. There is coffee/tea available in a little kitchen area with a fridge, though this may not apply to every room.
