It's a Magical Place!! Our host, Alex, was there for us and very available and made us feel very welcome! The place itself was set up with a comfortable ambiance, including little touches of what we potentially might need during the stay. The location is great- while privite with a Beautiful beach just a few steps away, it's walking distance to restaurants (visit the White Flamingo - it's an experience! And, ask them about their Saturday evening event - send my warm regards 😀). In short - I highly recommend it - it's an unforgettable experience!! Alex - Thank you!! 😊

Merika is one of the the coziest and most comfortable  places where we have stayed for the latest time. Melitsa and Aggeliku are very hospitable hosts! We arrived at night of 30th of Dcemeber, and even though it was late at night, they still were worried whether we arrive successfully or not, as there was a weather warning and Cyprus precaution not to drive a car at that evening. The sea shore is really very close to the appartment and there is plenty of place for a sun bathing. In the house you will be able to find anything you could have been looking for. Starting with the kitchen utensils and ending with the gas grill (BBQ) outside in the yard. We have been there by a rented car, so relatively everything has been close for us, but there is a Lidl which is only 6km from there, Larnaka salt lake in 9km and some other worth to be visited places in an easy distance. We are very happy we had the luck to get to know Aggeliku and Melitsa, definitely we will give this place 5 starts and even more (if we could) and would advise it to the friends of ours as well. Wonderful location just at the sea. Beautiful and spacious sandy beach just in front of the house. Great experience to fall asleep and wake up with the sound of sea waves in the background. So good, like there, we didn’t sleep for ages. The house is fully equipped, with a big garden and terrace, sunny almost entire day. The host is a very caring person - thank you Chrystal for everything!

Everything was super, we had commotion, a fully equipped kitchen, super clean house, nice pool, nice garden.The host welcomed us with wine, bread, milk and serials for the kids, we had drinking water in the house and the most fun thing for the kids -the billiard table.

We arrived late because of the flight being delayed but Marcel was there to meet and great us. The fridge was already stocked with the groceries we pre ordered! The house is absolutely outstanding and Marcel is a very warm and kind person who helped us with our suitcases into the property. After a whistle stop tour of the house he left us to it. Incredibly spacious house with all the mod cons you need nowadays. Marcel was always on hand if needed and even picked us to take us to care hire company so we can lease a car for our stay !. Beds are very comfortable and clean ! Kitchen is massive and a dream to cook in ! WIFI works great as well ! The outside area is what it is really about . Huge pool and very clean, it is maintained once a week . The gardens are huge which lead down to your own private entrance to the beach ! We spent most of our holiday hanging around the pool , in the pool or down the beach . Location is perfect, 10 min slow drive to the airport, 45 mins to Ayai Napa and 1 hour to Paphos so location wise it could not be better !. Highly recommend this property, It was our first visit to Cyprus but we definitely be back. If your looking for high quality and somewhere to make some awesome memories then this is the place for you ! If you like cats its heaven , first night we had a visit from a cat so we fed her, next morning she turned up with a kitten so we fed them both , next morning she turned up with 2 more kittens so I drove to Lidl, bough a couple of chickens and ended up cooking chickens for the cats. They spent the whole two weeks chilling out and eating with us ! It was lovely , If you stay there make sure you look after them !! Great job Marcel and thanks from us ! See you soon ! I liked the pool, parking, palm trees on my porch, rooms, location, cleanliness...well everything was top notch. There was everything at the aparment. Towels, soap, salt, olice oil, balasmic vinegar...absolutely everything you have at home so you do not need to worry about all the stuff that every home has. Did I mentioned the pool. Godlike.

This property offers you everything that you need in a holiday at the sea: sun, water, shadow, incredible views from one bedroom and the roof terrace, a barbecue. It is just perfect for its destination! The location of the house is excellent. It is approximately 50 m away from the beach. You can swim all day if you wish. There is a wonderful roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun, while the terrace in front of the living room protects you from the powerful sun. The owner of the house answers all your questions promptly. He arranged the shuttle to the airport for us with a fancy car and a beautiful driver :). Thank you for everything! :)
