We had excellent experience. The location and the apartment it self is perfect. You will have everything you need in it. Stefka and Ivan are awesome hosts, our baby had some health issue and they went above and beyond to help us. They called the best pediatrician in Bansko and set up an appointment for us. I don't think that many host will do that for you. Thank you guys for that we won't forget it. Definitely we recommend this apartment.

The breakfast is abundant with staples as well as changing options throughout the week. Eggs, fruit, yoghurts, drinks, breads and pastries... really something for everyone. It is a real family place and very welcoming to children. The pools were a real hit after days of skiing. The staff was super helpful and suggested great excursions and arranged everything we needed.

The hotel is great but does not work with Booking. This is a private people apartment that when you rent you can use hotel facilities. I would recommend renting directly from the hotel website. This apartment is OK for a studio apartment.
