Great hotel,I think it is the best hotel I had stayed in Dubai.Delux room was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids,with folding sofa and very big bed.Amazing hotel service and cleaning,hotel staff was always happy to help and response was very fast.Would like to highlight Favaz,Umesh,Shameer,Gyan for theis great service. Very nice pool.Good location:close to beach and metro.

First of all thank you all front desk for helping our very early checkin. Free breakfast and comfortable room at 7.am. Sea view room was wonderful. Breakfast and dinner was excellent.

-La flexibilidad para hacer check in- check out sin horario y que tengan el gesto de guardarte el equipaje sin ningún problema. -La hospitalidad del personal ( cuando llegue me recibieron con un desayuno de cortesía) -La ubicación era top, céntrico, cerca de los medios de transporte, dubai beach, supermercados, etc . -El piso está ubicado en un piso 18 en un edificio muy moderno, el departamento es muy lindo. -La onda del lugar y de todos los viajeros huéspedes. Me sentí como en casa, volvería sin dudas y ya lo estoy recomendando a mis amigos.

Our recent stay at this property on the Palm Jumeirah was truly exceptional. As a family who frequently travels, including staycations within the UAE, we've experienced various accommodations, but this apartment stands out in a league of its own. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt the serenity and sophistication. It is meticulously styled with a level of thoughtfulness that's truly commendable. Mood lights in every room and even bathrooms were a nice touch. It's well equipped for a family of four. The apartment's amenities are indeed a significant plus. Parking was conveniently accessible, and thanks to the helpful video guide provided by our host, Osama, we easily found our way from the main road to the apartment. Regarding the location around the Palm, there's little need for elaboration. The beach is just a stone's throw away from this place, with a plethora of nearby restaurants for enjoyable evening dining. Additionally, there are a few eateries/ groceries within the apartment building. The apartment itself deserves every bit of its 5-star rating, and its location is truly outstanding. This stay on the Palm Jumeirah has left us with cherished memories, and we will surely return.
