The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. The owners were amazing and the staff were even more amazing and welcoming! They were always smiling and ready to help. The location is nice and the street is beautiful and calm. 3 mins walk from Taksim and metro station. Hotel is new! Hot water and heating were perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Minor issues were instantly fixed.
