The view, the cove, the quiet and the kindness of the staff made for an unforgettable holiday. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest and recharge. If you like quiet and a place to rest your soul, this is it. This is an exceptionally minor point but the shower curtain has a tendency of getting wrapped around you. Would recommend coming up with a different setup.

Studios Limnionas is a self-catering accommodation located in Limnionas Village. It features a garden and sun terrace, while free WiFi access is available in all areas. Quite location, private beach under the shadow of trees.  All standard rooms have a great Sea view. Rooms  are well equipped. Has a kitchen with refrigerator, oven,  coffee & toast machine, French press, coffee pot… Big enough balcony to have breakfast and enjoy the view. There is enough sand area for kids to play on the beach. The sea is clear, but a little rocky. We have seen red starfish, small octopus, many small and big fishes. Be careful with sea urchin. There are two canoe free to use.  The owner is very hospitable. When we arrived, he offered us cold drinks as well as a Greek coffee.  The cleaning lady is also very gentle. She surprised us by cleaning or dirty dishes. We are very thankful to everyone to make our holiday pleasant. Be aware that the location is one hour and 15 minutes far away from Vathi port by car. There is no meal service so you may need to buy food / beverage before you arrive. Markets are not walking distance, but there is one or two restaurants you can walk. Nearest town is Kampos. You can find several nice restaurants.

Just 300 metres from the beach of Kokkari in Samos, Loukia offers air-conditioned studios with free WiFi and balcony with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Shops and tavernas are 150 metres away. This little familyowned hotel is just perfect. Big enough room with cooking facilities. Very clean and with comfortable beds. And the view from the balcony! Priceless! We loved it! So much actually that we stayed an extra night. Thank you so much, Theo and Maria!

Only 250 metres from Lemonakia Beach, Gregory Studios is a self-catering accommodation located in Kokkari, in Samos. It offers views of the sea and free Wi-Fi. nicely laid out. Rentals are scattered throughout their large property. Easy access to beaches. Staff very accommodating.

Offering a small garden with seating area, Katerina Apartments in Kokkari village is located 50 metres from the beach. It offers self-catering studios with balcony, terrace or patio. Delightful ! Small apartment complex , set back from the centre but 2 minutes gentle stroll will take you to the centre of beach road or village square. Very peaceful with a lovely garden . Apartments are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The separate kitchen is a bonus with full sized fridge and combi oven if needed . Good shower . The best thing here though are the owners , lovely people who go the extra mile to make you welcome, little touches everyday and they take obvious pride to ensure you enjoy your stay . Will happily book again next time I am in Kokkari.

Meren ja kauniin vehreyden ympäröimä Nafsika Villas sijaitsee Samoksella Kervelin rinteessä. The view was breathtaking, we had everything we needed for a perfect stay and the hospitality was outstanding!
