We needed assistance getting into the apartment with the virtual key and the 24/7 customer service helped us immediately. Would definitely stay again. There was some noise in the square, but as previously mentioned to be expected.

Location was super perfect, in the city center , but in sinlent street. Apartment was extrmly clean and equiped with all needed things. Shower had non stop hot water and high pressure. Staff was very very friendly and ready to help with everything,Giangiacomo,Omar and Ana were extremly kind and ready to help. Im really thankfull to this place. I enjoyed my birthday in Madrid.

El Plaza de España Skyline està situat a Madrid, a 200 m del carrer Princesa. Ofereix servei de recepció les 24 hores i allotjaments amb cuina i internet WiFi gratuïta. The location is definitely one of the big plus of the hotel. We had rented 4 suites as we were a big group, including the terrace suite which has a panoramic view of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious. There are kitchen appliances to cook and the hosts even had some free tee bags and coffee pods. Oh, and the hosts a reception are so nice and helpful!

L'Oriente Palace es troba al centre de Madrid, a només 1 minut a peu del Palau Reial i a 400 m de la plaça Mayor. L'establiment ofereix apartaments i habitacions amb WiFi gratuïta. It’s an old building turned into apartments in a shabby chick style. The location is regal- literally, as you are looking at the royal palace from your living room :) The lovely receptionist upgraded us to a studio room, so we had all the amenities. It’s literally 2 min from the Opera metro station and it’s surrounded by great restaurants and caffès. We will definitely return.
