The property is non-smoking and is situated 1.7 km from Hermosa Beach. Very beautiful property away from the hustle of the town but very close to everything. Immaculate landscaping! The small house was very clean and comfortable. Pinto is a very sweet dog who sits with you on the porch or goes on a hike with you from the property. Everything about this small house was perfect, even a nice, hot shower! Hiking trails from the house were well marked. I saw a poison dart frog! Howler monkeys and toucans were seen from the porch.

It's a very comfortable studio. The host Maurício was very helpful, allowed me a quite early check-in as the unit was ready and gave me great tips for the area and surf, always responsive when needed. I only stayed five nights but the apartment was cleaned and towels/lining changed once which is appreciated. The unit has a very well equipped kitchen, with all needed kitchenware for cooking/preparing, a two plate induction stovetop that actually works great, toaster/microwave/blender/coffee maker, a large fridge with freezer, great AC, fan, nice bathroom, always working hot water, large bright window. The location is great, out and a straight line down to St. Teresa beach, there's everything you need nearby as well. Will definitively stay again if I visit St. Teresa again.
