This is a beautiful, newly built (one year old) home that is comfortable and well- equipped. Wi-fi works well. Milan welcomed us at the property and was friendly and helpful. There was a bottle of wine and beer in the refrigerator and nuts and candy snacks on the table. The location is ideal, literally an 8 minute walk to the entrance to the gorge.

Super remote place with literally no one around for the whole week. Despite the adventure charakter the Internet was great and hot water/electricity no problem. Great experience, also ideal for dogs. They offer lots of extra stuff to borrow for free as board games, mountain bikes, Badminton.. and we were nicely surprised by a welcome dinner.

Apartment is located in a village named Zgornje Gorje which is perfect as it's only a couple minutes drive from Blade lake and Soteska Vintgar and in the other hand in a pretty quiet neighborhood. It has great parking and it was pretty clean and modern. The Eva was really phenomenal host. Communication with her was great and she welcomed us with freshly baked bread and homemade milk which was very refreshing after long drive. She and her beautiful family gave as farm tour which our kids really enjoyed. We had a chance to feed the cows and see the complete milking process.

What to say... Everything was perfect!!! Urska is a great host, very communicative and nice person. I love her <3 The place is a mix from old and new elements, some kind with modern and village sense. Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking place is available in the yard, there were drinks in the fridge also. It is in a wonderful location, near Vitgar and Bled. We really wish to have some more time to stay there, someday we will go there again.

Apartment was perfectly cleaned before our arrival. Good contact with the owner. It is also located well, really close to Bled lake, around 30 min to Ljubljana. It was also good to attend ski jump competition in Planica (approximately 45 min of driving) and about 1 hour to Postojna Cave or Predjama Castle.

They managed to preserve various authentic details, while adding modern day comfort. And they paid attention to details. Apartment Valentin was both spacious and practical, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, plenty of sockets and all the amenities you need.
