New and Clean, good WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher available and air recirculation system (in fall/winter you can expect regular air quality as many houses heat up by burning wood, which is normal in this part of the world...)games for kids and outside playground. Even in fall season we enjoyed being outside playing badminton and kid also enjoyed. House has floor heating which was enough (in 2022, nobody would expect to be at 25 degrees indoors and in shorts and t-shirt short, so the heating was enough for us). Safe and quiet residential area not far away from the center. We would definitely like to come back in spring/summer to enjoy the nice grill area and "ruska bania" . The owner was very nice and helpful. Communication was perfect. Thank you!

It is a nice family-run hotel located a couple of steps from a lake, not very far from the Karkonosze mountains. The hosts were super nice, the facilities clean. The mattress was a bit too soft for me (individual preferences differ). There was a well equipped community kitchen and even a large dining room.
