200 metres from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools in Porto Moniz, Studios by Aqua Natura Hotels features accommodation with access to a sauna and hot tub. + Absolutely lovely staff, they made sure our stay was truly special. Any request we had they tried to fulfill immediately! + we were allowed to use the facilities at the other hotels related to this property. We especially loved the free use of the saunas and the infinity pool + breakfast had many healthy and yummy options. They even with great options for vegans, so we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. The views onto the ocean from the terrace were quite the sight. + cute little town with natural pools and very quiet at night

Valley of Nuns Holiday Apartments features quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Curral das Freiras, 15 km from Marina do Funchal. Everything about this apartment was amazing. I can’t recommend it enough. The setting is beyond spectacular, well worth the extra drive from Funchal. The village is quaint and friendly, with a food market just up the street and beautiful trails nearby. The apartment is large, yet still cozy, and well maintained. And the hosts are wonderful. I can’t say enough about this apartment. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m hoping to be back as soon as possible.

Attractively located in the Santa Maria district of Funchal, Apartments Madeira City Center is situated 600 metres from Almirante Reis Beach, 1.4 km from Marina do Funchal and 14 km from Girao Cape. Our host was great, she gave us a lot of useful informations and tips about the best places in Funchal. The apartment was very spacious with fully equipped kitchen. There was a parking lot close by which we really appreciated while renting a car. Overall a great experience.

Apartments Madeira Old Town ligger i Funchal, en 5-minutters spasertur fra stranden og gamlebyen, 1,5 km fra marinaen i Funchal og 2 km fra Madeira kongressenter. Very good value for money. All was fine there as expected.

Wine Lodges tilbyr leiligheter og utsikt over den frodige Municipal-hagen i Funchal sentrum. The place is enormous. 3 floors, literally. So it was an amazing suprise, it is an old building with unique atmosphere. Very very well equiped kitchen, it looked truly cosy and clean. Beds were comfortable and the views from bedrooms and terrace were stunning. And the location is great too, we walked from the building straight to the Carneval on the main Street. One of my best accomodations ever.

Vila Marta ligger i São Martinho, 10 minutters kjøring fra Funchal, og tilbyr boenheter med egen terrasse og utsikt over Atlanterhavet og bananplantasjene. Vi hadde en helt fantastisk opphold på Vila Marta. Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte. Balkong med utsikt til havet og solnedgang. Upåklagelig renhold, alt var skinnende rent hver dag vi kom tilbake fra tur. Servicen fra husvertene var over all forventning. Brød levert på døra hver morgen, mange gode tips til mulige turer vi kunne ta. De var alltid tilgjengelig hvis det var noe vi trengte eller lurte på. Da vi ankom fikk vi veldig god informasjon om alt vi trengte, i tillegg fikk vi smake på madeiravin. Da vi dro fikk vi en avskjedsgave som var en flaske madeiravin. Huset ligger litt utenfor Funchal, men det gikk busser hele tiden. Buss nummer 45 eller 4. Det er generelt en fordel å leie bil uansett når du ferierer på Madeira, ikke minst for å kunne se og oppleve øya. Gratis parkering rett ved huset. Alt var helt perfekt.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Funchal, Pestana Casino Studios offers sea views and an outdoor swimming pool. This 4-star aparthotel offers a lift and a housekeeping service. Cleaning every day, amazing pools, they even gave us champagne for my partner's birthday for free as a surprise. Staff was always smiling and helpful. Location was very good, bus right outside and could walk to city center.
