Welcoming drinks at the arrival, sparkling wine at the room. Spacious room with huge bed and even bigger pillows. Free access to the natural pools. As pools were too cold for us, we enjoyed the jacuzzi zone on the hotel roof. Breakfast was nice, with many fruit options and a nice view. Good value for money.

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel has family rooms. Everything about this apartment was amazing. I can’t recommend it enough. The setting is beyond spectacular, well worth the extra drive from Funchal. The village is quaint and friendly, with a food market just up the street and beautiful trails nearby. The apartment is large, yet still cozy, and well maintained. And the hosts are wonderful. I can’t say enough about this apartment. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m hoping to be back as soon as possible.

The apartment was very central and well equipped. A charming host who arranged a taxi from the airport and was so waiting to greet us. Furthermore, he phoned me the day after we had left to say I had left a couple of personal items to arrange their return. I would recommend this apartment as everything was excellent.

From the first minute of our arrival, we felt the endless attention of the staff and their desire to make us the best. The room had everything you need. We didn't miss a thing in 6 days. The room was cleaned daily. Pleasant details, a view of the mountains, made me happy. The room is quiet. The hotel is in an amazingly beautiful and convenient location. If we had to come to Madeira again, we would only want to go to this hotel and the same room. A big THANK YOU to all the hotel staff for a wonderful stay.

Located in Funchal, Apartments Madeira Old Town are a 5-minute walk to the beach and to the Funchal old town. Featuring free WiFi the apartments are 1.4 km from Funchal Marina and 1.9 km from Madeira Congress Center. Lovely location that’s very close to lots of restaurants and the lido. We stayed for New Years and the view of the fireworks from the balcony was out of this world. But the best thing about the property is the host Sarah, she’s such fun and was so easy to communicate with during our stay.

The room has a small kitchen, it is possible to make tea or heat food, it is very convenient. Excellent noise insulation, cozy balconies with incredible views. There is an opportunity to use all the advantages of a large hotel of this chain located nearby. There is a luxurious park, a casino, beautiful swimming pools, and live music every evening. This hotel exceeded our expectations and left only good impressions, primarily thanks to the hotel staff. An additional advantage was the ability to pay for the hotel after the arrival (not all hotels in Madeira accept this way), since we are from Ukraine and for reasons known to everyone, we did not have the opportunity to transfer funds for the trip beforehand, and we were not sure that we would be able to travel, so the ability to cancel the reservation it has been important for us .Thank you.
