Loved the ease of check-in, friendly staff, room was clean and has the basics. Pool was amazing to have so close and accessible from your room. This was a major highlight and I’ve already told friends about this perk.

Oaks Nelson Bay Lure Suites is located in the centre of Nelson Bay and offers self-contained apartments within walking distance of the unspoiled waters of Port Stephens, the marina, restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious, well-furnished and equipped. The balcony offered an excellent view of Nelson Bay. The position is also excellent, only a few minutes walk from shops and the beach. Can't ask for much more than that. The Internet clocked around 50 Mbps, which helped me get work done. Undercover and locked car park was great for leaving the car safe and away from the sun for a few days.

The Oasis is a stunningly beautiful 5 acre micro-resort surrounded by lush sub-tropical gardens and a forest of shady Melaleuca trees. The location exudes a calming energy and serenity perfect for a relaxing stay. It includes a central billabong, a dam full of ducks and a broad variety of local birds and wildlife. Really enjoyed our stay, the spa facilities were good and the staff were so friendly.

All Beaches Serviced Apartments offer a dining area, well equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Each includes laundry facilities and a private bathroom with quality guest toiletries. Some apartments offer an additional flat-screen TV, a coffee pod machine and blender. It was a spacious, well planned apartment and very well equipped. Lovely pool and grounds. Only a small complex which is a plus in our opinion. Initially I thought we were too far out but once we started exploring and walking we found it was a great location as we walked everywhere but it was set back a bit from the main street so was quieter. We did take the car to the supermarket as it was a bit too far to walk with heavy bags and fridge items.
