O Das Grüne Haus - Boutique Apartments é uma propriedade recém-renovada ecológica localizada em Innsbruck, perto do Palácio Imperial de Innsbruck, da Estação Central de Innsbruck e do Museu Estadual... This place is tucked away in the multitude of doors peppering the famed zig zig line of Innsbrucks colorful. Easy to find, reach and access ( there is a life), the building has a total of 6 apartments, 3 facing the Inn, and the rest with a view of the Nordkette Alps. I stayed in the latter on the top floor - it was peaceful and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze, there is also an elevator in the building. The room itself is a delight - everything’s been thought through to ensure a home-like stay. The noise isolation is excellent - the only sound from-the outside were the birds and the hourly church bells, when you left the windows open. There is a long balcony that overlooks the Nordkette - beautiful view. The kitchen’s stocked with cutlery,pots, pans, bowls and even a french press with coffee from a locally famous roastery. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the folks here had thought everything through. Katrin was always prompt in communicating and my requests ( cleaning schedule, invoices) and queries were responded to promptly and thoroughly. I will be back here whenever I visit IBK - recommended for long or short stays.

What a beautiful apartment !!! So big and clean with everything you need. The location could not be better. Walking distance from everything. Totally worth it!

Localizado em Oberau e a apenas 29 km do Clube de Golfe Kitzbühel Schwarzsee, o Das Lenz by Inncomer oferece acomodações com vista da montanha, Wi-Fi gratuito e estacionamento privativo gratuito. no breakfast location was lovely but hill to climb if you dont have a car. bus stop right at the bottom of the hill. located next to little creek/river so peaceful and serene. The hotel room was equipped with everything we needed, self catered all 4 nights and had oven, toaster, fridge etc, all appliances as well as salt and pepper! and washing up tablets/liquid!! ski storage was also convenient

Property was in a very convenient location with modern, well decorated and equipped apartments. Easy access to and from car park and ski room. Very friendly staff who were readily available to answer any queries or provide support. Fantastic property and will absolutely visit again.

The apartment was very modern and new, all the electronic equipment was very new and worked great. The kitchen was big enough to make a simple dinner/lunch/brunch, and there was more than enough room to store all your clothes. If you needed something, you could just send a message to the host (Philip) and he would sort it all out for you. The host also gave great advice for cool places to visit nearby, but also good recommendations for restaurants, swimming etc. The beds were big enough for me (1.85m) and very comfy. The bathroom was also well equipped, with a 10/10 shower. It really felt like home for the 10 days I spent here, and the host really makes you feel comfortable and is always available for help. I might have to come back here at some point since I enjoyed it so much. If you are wondering about the Spa, I did not make use of it, but it looked very modern and exceptionally clean. And the apartment also has a pleasant view over the mountains, and at night it is incredibly quiet in the area, so you can really get to relax during your holiday and not be interrupted by noises from the area.

Perfect apartment size for two people. Kitchen gadgets were top quality. Loved that we had the coffee machine+kettle. A surprise to our end that we were given "Innsbruck welcome card" for 2+ nights stay, really a good thought. Great location, a bakery is only 5 mins. away.
