The property is as good or better than the photos. The Zorn family and staff are very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast as first class with a large variety of local produce. In 2 days we managed to fit in a swim and SUP at the private beach, went for a hike at Gerlitzen, and borrowed the Marienhof bikes for a ride around the lake. I wish we could have stayed longer… there is so much to do.

Our room was very clean and equipped with everything needed. Staff was very kind and helpful. We liked the underground parking garage and card access to all facilities. Pool area was also nice and clean as well as sauna which has relax room just next to the lake.

Wellness Landhaus Parth offers apartments with panoramic views of the scenic Lake Ossiach surroundings, as well as extensive sauna treatments, an spa area with a hot tub, and a restaurant. It was very beautiful, with lake view. The apartment was very big and comfy. The staff was very kind and pleasant. Helga we love you from Israel :)
