It's really a nice little hotel. The apartment has everything you need for a week's stay. It has a nice kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, espresso machine, cutlery and dishes. The room is very, very clean. There is also a large terrace. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is ok for 9€, and it is being paid after each one, so you need not to pay it in advance, which is good if you want to eat somewhere else. And there are really a lot of fast food, supermarkets and cafes in the neighbourhood.

Our Stay at Pleiades was absolutely amazing and surpassed our expectations. It is located right in the middle of the shopping street & the hotel rooms/apartments are located on the first Floor. The location was perfect as you are in the city center and in walking distance of every little corner of Heraklion . The room was absolutely beautiful, very clean and the black interior made it feel very luxurious. There’s a smart TV with all apps you could need (netflix, youtube etc.) which we definitely enjoyed coming back to after a night out. It even comes with a little kitchen and all necessary supplies. The staff was super friendly and even offered housekeeping during our stay. We felt very welcomed there and were always excited to come back to our room. We definitely recommend staying at Pleiades if you find yourself in Heralkion, it is worth it!!

This boutique hotel has all you could ever imagine. New renovations with thoughtful design. We were greeted with two small bottles of wine and chocolates. There was coffee available for the morning and included just a short walk away was breakfast at a local café . You have the choice of the menu or their extremely generous breakfast tray with local specialties. The bed and the linen were extremely comfortable. Our Internet and TV were excellent and we can’t wait to someday return. We arrived late due to our ferry being delayed and came in the dark. At first it seemed to be off the beaten path and in an abandoned area but in the morning we saw that this is an exceptional renovation in a developing area. It is a gem and is centrally located. My only regret is that we could only stay for one night. Thank you for your hospitality.

I would even give twice that much points in Booking scale if it was possible. Everything was perfect. Starting from wonderful crew which helped me to prepare proposal to my loved one. Room was decorated as good as I could only image. It was really well equipped - from iron, washing machine to electric grill. Jacuzzi on balcony was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for amazing place to spend holidays.

Gold by name Gold by nature ! This brand new (March 2024) apartment is a real find. Beautifully renovated building with new apartments and marble everywhere. The room was a generous size and the ensuite stunning. The owner personally greeted us and was most helpful. A complimentary bottle of wine awaited our arrival. I very rarely rate a stay as 10 but this is one of them. Thoroughly recommended

You can park your car in a street for free. The apartment is very well equipment, you can find almost everything. The host is amazing! I've never have so much helpfull and kind host in my whole life.
