SACO Bristol – West India House is a Grade II listed Edwardian building located on Bristol’s scenic harbourside. It offers modern apartments with free WiFi and a spacious living/dining area. Broadmead Shopping Centre can be reached via a scenic 5-minute walk through Castle Park.

All fantastic, the room was nice, warm, quiet (even being at the center of the city) cozy, with great river views. The guest manager was so kind, we had some problems with the keys and the Wifi and he managed it really well. We'll repeat for sure, recommended.

Value for money good on basis I had a good deal. Regularly rate per night expensive compared to budget hotels where comfort and size. Felt you paid for extra hotel services you didn’t necessarily use. Shower and bathroom size great but felt excessive compared to room size.

There are two Shepherd huts at the property and the booking only shows photos of one. One is much more tired than the other.. The host really needs to think about how the experience feels for a customer. They charge £180 per night so surely they can deal with any rubbish??? The place was charging hotel rates but trying to run like a self catering establishment with similar rules such as take out your own litter etc, you are either one or the other. Felt like the litter police.

Easy parking just outside on the street and a good location for where we wanted to be. Bed was really comfy, one of the best I have had in a rental property. Had everything you needed for self catering. Milk in fridge so we were able to make tea and coffee on arrival. Lovely little courtyard garden. Clean and tidy and quite spacious.

This is a really nice serviced apartment in an excellent location, close to the centre of Bristol with easy access to shops and restaurants in Clifton. The apartment was spacious and clean with good quality kitchen equipment and comfortable lounge area. Security was a first for us with an app which activated as a door key for the duration of our stay. OK if you don't run out of battery on your phone! Parking was off site but safe and very close.

Location was great. 7 mins walk from the station and then not too far to walk to the harbourside, or markets or park street. Apartment was lovely and nice you can do a bit of self catering. We had our daughter there too, nice solution for travelling as a family.
