We loved the location, which is just a 5 minute walk away from a train station and bus stop. Supermarket is 2 mins walk away. The apartment was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and there are facilities to do laundry as well. Everything was perfect :)

The flat was exceedingly clean, and almost felt like we were staying in a hotel. The location of the flat was also great since there was a tram stop right around the corner from the apartment. We were also allowed to check in early since our flat was ready which was an added bonus!

The kitchen utensils in the room are complete, and you can cook by yourself after shopping in the supermarket. WIFI is fast. The coffee bar downstairs is very cozy. There are books to read in the coffee bar, and there are train timetables on the wall. It takes about 8 minutes to walk from the hotel to the train station, so you can wait for the bus at the hotel instead of staying at the cold station。

I got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for me and my mom. It was spacious with all the necessary amenities available. You can also cook in the kitchen, with a stove and a fridge. It is also very near the metro station, making the central area of Zurich very accessible.
