Cumberland is one of the Hidden Gem towns of British Columbia. Lots to do there, considering it's a small town, and worth visiting especially if you enjoy walking, hiking, mountain biking, etc. If you arrive in a vehicle, Cumberland can be a convenient center for exploring the outdoors in every season: alpine or cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, or fat-tire biking in winter; swimming and boating, etc., in summer; and hiking all year round. Cumberland is a vibrant town with pubs and restaurants, excellent parks, some little shops. Nice relaxing place!
