The host was super helpful providing local transport information about how exactly to get to the accommodation with a pin drop. Local buses travel to Dubrovnik at least every hour from 300 metres away on the main road. Room was immaculate, spacious with a very comfortable bed. It looks like the accommodation has been recently renovated as bathroom is very spacious and modern. Host even provided local taxi man information to arrange lifts to the airport 2.5kms away around €15 one way during April. Very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it.

The central area of the town had little attraction, The pubic conveniences
have a payment system involving a walk to a pay station and then use
of a scanner to verify payment. Sadly I could find no evidence of any scanner near the entry door. Thus someone wanting to use the facility
could have paid one euro with no result other than enhanced anguish
still unrelieved.
That said, areas away from the centre seemed much more tranquil -
with a gentle lapping of the shoreline by Adriatic waters.

cavtat was a small and friendly resort which as I was travelling alone
felt very safe to me. Many eating places along the front provided
plenty of choice for eating. The bus to Dubrovnic every hour was a bonus
and the water taxi option was also very nice. Duprovnic was lovely for a visit with many shops to browse. There were nice walks in Cavtat also and
the chance to swim in the sea if you wanted to. I have been to Cavtat
twice this year as I liked it that much.

A town made up predominantly of holiday apartments, restaurants and bars. We were there late in season, October. Imagine very busy at peak season. New marina under construction. Good selection of restaurants and bars.

Great location to visit Dubrovnik and Montenegro, which are well worth seeing but too busy to stay in.
Cavtat peaceful, convenient and very pretty. Some great places to eat, Ankora, Boheme and Bougainvillea, but avoid Leut - try to entice you in with cheap menu that isn’t available!

Cavtat is one of those picture perfect places, great views everywhere and lovely walks, Lots of choices of boat trips to see the islands and Dubronik, also has tour buses and local bus service. It is so lovely and quiet, despite its size. Resturants have very low key music inside, so very peaceful. There are so many resturants to choose from for meals, all high quality and reasonable priced. If you like lots of noise, discos and nightlife this isnt for you
Our stay at Hotel Seventh was a perfect way to end our trip. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful with any recommendations of where to eat or what to do in Cavtat. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the balcony views are incredible, watching the sunset was so special. The pool is a great size and plenty of room for everyone to sit around, the cocktails are great too! Breakfast was lovely, it’s like having homemade food and all was so tasty. I can’t rate this hotel enough! Would love to stay here again, we had the best time.
The property, view and host were fabulous. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! We had everything we needed and more. We loved Cavtat and used it as the center to go exploring in Croatia. It is away from the crowds and it’s a wonderful little town. If guests want to walk into the lovely city Centre with all the shops and restaurants, it is quite the uphill climb in the summer heat but doable abs great exercise if you are able bodied. Love this place!
Beautiful modern appt, with air con and wifi, on N end of Cavtat, right next to several wonderful little coves for swimming (which were not busy like the main beach). Was a 1.5 km walk to the town for groceries and restaurants on way down. Easy access to ferry to Dubrovnik etc. We arranged taxis from front of hotel nearby because some taxis couldnt find address. Lovely big balcony with tables and chairs. Lovely pool. Maintenance staff very nice.
Location Location Location! Everything was fantastic. Apartment was really lovely also has an outside area. Host picked us up from airport and took us back even took us out for a fabulous morning site seeing trip. Fabulous restaurants just outside your door close to bus station also just a short walk to get boat to other locations. Cavtat is very peaceful with some beautiful walks will be back in Croatia in 57 days. Exceptional host .
The location was perfect - you can walk to everything Cavtat has to offer. Most of our day was spent in flip flops and bathing suits - you can take a dip in the Adriatic, enjoy a variety of water activities, get a drink, lunch or dinner all within steps of the hotel. Rooms with a view of the Adriatic were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was top notch. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Pero met as at the airport and put at ease straight away. Him and Anita are so welcoming and lovely, you can tell they genuinely care for their guests and want them to enjoy Croatia and the Cavtat area. Loved the communal kitchen area as it encouraged you to inteteract with other guests if you wanted too. Pero was always on hand to ask any questions or advice too. Will definitely be visiting again.
The location of the hotel is outstanding. The beach in the bay with a view of the Cavtat waterfront or the beach on the landscaped rocks with a view of the open sea, allows you not to feel the large number of guests that the hotel receives. Access to the beach through the well-kept gardens of the hotel gives a special atmosphere and completes the vacation.
We needed a place to crash near the airport for a very early morning flight and booked a Bacan apartment on short notice. We arrived late at night and our host still met/greeted us with keys and pertinent info. It was just what we needed - a nice clean place to stay. We were surprised by the best beds we'd slept in during our Croatia trip!
The studio was very nice and clean. We had a spacious balcony, which was great for breakfast. Sadly we didn't have the room on the sea side, otherwise the view would have been amazing. Cavtat is a great alternative to Dubrovnik when you are looking for a calm stay at the Croatian coast.
Beautiful apartment with awesome view. Super clean. Best sunset view we had in our 2 weeks in Croatia. Host was awesome and friendly and provided us beer/wine and meat/cheese upon arrival. Also provided good info of things to do in the area. Close to airport. Highly recommend.
The apartment was perfect for our stay. With kids, it was much better for us to be in Cavtat near the beaches, rather than right in Dubrovnik. We took a ferry to Dubrovnik for a wonderful day trip. The air conditioning worked great. We were very comfortable. Thank you, Zelka!
Clean, bright, incredible view, comfy, quiet and has everything you need to work, cook, and relax.
Easy walk to the market, swimming spots, bus stop and water taxis to Dubrovnik. Honestly though, Cavtat is so lovely I only went to Dubrovnik for one day.
Great little hotel with a small pool and super friendly staff! We had a room with aircon, shower and a toddler bed and transport to the airport! They are super helpful and you can borrow all beach essentials! Our kid loved the pool
This place has an amazing view over Cavtat and even distantly over Dubrovnik, and nearby villages. Get ready for incredible sunset sights! Very cozy apartment with all the equipment and amicable host. A total recommendation!
As a boutique hotel, we really liked the personal attention of the hotel personnel. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They work to make sure a wonderful stay. This was the best hotel of our 3 week journey.
The location is great, Cavtat village is nice and Dubrovnik reachable by boat ot bus. The hotel pool was clean, the rooms renovated and spacious. The beach is available crossing the street, sunbed costs 40 kuna.
Great location, very clean and tidy and quiet. Short 50m walk down to the Hotel Croatia and from there you can do an excellent walk around the peninsula called the "Sustejepan Hiking" which takes around 30m.
Cavtat has several beaches, the sandy beaches as well. The town is historic-meditarian looking, with long walking pathes along the seaside. You'll find many cozy restaurants, bars and cafe there.
We loved Cavtat very much. The Town was small and peaceful. Walking on the beach was very nice. Our flat Villa Anka was very nice and homely. The lady of Villa Anka was very kind and helpful.
Beautiful converted villa overlooking Cavtat harbour. Decor, food, service all impeccable in a small, boutique hotel that made it feel very homely and welcoming. Staff were delightful 😊
