The welcome was very friendly and helpful.Perfect if you want to be in the centre of Arras.
We had dinner, there is a set menu as well as an individual menu. The choices are limited, a choice of 3 starters/3 mains and the same for desserts but the food quality is excellent. You can have three courses, several beers/4 large glasses of red wine for €100 for two people, excellent value for money. The rooms are spotlessly clean, bed very comfy. The breakfast again excellent and huge choice, it’s buffet style but everything from fresh fruit/ yogurts/ continental/sausages/bacon/scrambled eggs/pastries. Endless coffee/juice etc.

We love Arras.
We love Arras. It's a shame we only ever stay enroute while travelling to the South of France. We've decided that we will make a proper holiday in the city in the future and take time to enjoy this vibrant place, as well as exploring the history and the WW1 battlefields.

L'Oeuf ou le Poule - Chicken and egg best describes the menu - good lunch fare

The town museum.I am born there,so I know! Many good restaurants,but we eat by the Christmas market. The main reason for our visit was to visit the Christmas Market which is one of the largest we have seen. At other times of the year there appear to be plenty of other places to visit and activities in the city or surrounding area. Arras has two beautiful squares - the Grande Place and the...
Arras has two beautiful squares - the Grande Place and the Place des Heros. The architecture is beautiful and the belfry and museum are very interesting. As well as some great shops, there's a very extensive market on a Saturday morning each week. At the moment there's a large and varied Christmas market each afternoon and evening. The surrounding area is of particular interest for details (and cemeteries) from the first world war. The centre of Arras isn't large so it's easy to walk from place to place.

The hosts were very easy to communicate with ahead of time (we did not need to contact while staying). The location right next to the train station was fantastic for our party as we arrived and left by train. The unit was clean, and comfortable with the added little touches to make it a nice place to stay. The hotel is in the very centre of Arras perfectly placed for our two night stay. The hotel is extremely clean and has a lift which was handy as we were on the third floor. The large bed was very comfortable and the towels very soft and fluffy - really nice. We misplaced a mobile phone which was found by the staff and they are kindly posting it back to us so a big thank you to the staff it is very much appreciated.

Very clean room with comfortable bed and good shower. Although the hotel is just off a main road, the room was very quiet. Our dog was made welcome. Good breakfast choices and a friendly proprietor. 10 minutes walk to the centre of Arras. We will be happy to stay here again.
