Really comfortable beds

It was fairly comfortable. It is close to the beach.
The view it’s nice. But the rooms are not what i expected specifically for the pricing. The rooms are small. Smaller than other hotels in seaside.
There are multiple things that need work and maintenance. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the balcony door and net are the hardest things ever to slide open, the pull out bed is unstoppable, the water pressure is weak and the seal from the main door is broken. The beds are comfortable but it seemed as if the didn’t changed our fitted sheet; it smelled weird compared to the other sheets and there were multiple hairs. We were told to come in through the main entrance as well as leave but a guest told us about the side doors from the building. Our requested accommodation were the opposite of what we requested: away from the elevator = put feet away from it & top floor= middle floor.
When asked to move room we were ignored. The dog few rooms dog barked and barked and the. Hall was busy busy that it made it hard to sleep at night or nap during the day. I was very disappointed with the stay. We love going to seaside to distress and it was disappointing to not be able to rest and be woken up early in the morning. We paid less at another hotel with the same view and balcony. I wish they would had shown they actually wanted to help when we asked to move us room the second night. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love Seaside during the fall, winter, and spring. It's a quaint, quite, welcoming, small town with great tourist amenities. There are several decent restaurants and lodging options. Everything is just minutes away from the beach. You can't go wrong here. The summer though, it becomes quite crowded and difficult to get through unless on foot, but is no less charming.

Very quiet, relaxing place. Great eateries. Loved watching the crab boats and sunsets. Seaside Brewery is a great place as is Dundees Donuts (my husband left our credit card there and the owner took the time to find us to give it back...very impressive!)

The town focus is for summer beach tourists with families.
The town focus is for summer beach tourists with families. There are arcades, bumper cars, .... The very large beach is a the end of the street through town. We had business in Seaside or would have stayed in Cannon Beach.
Travelled to Seaside for a much needed vacation. We stayed at the EBB tide hotel and were very impressed with the hotel and the staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Location of the hotel was amazing. Stayed in a room on third floor and the view of the ocean and beach was exceptional. The grab and go breakfast was so much more than we expected. The food was hot with a nice variety of selections. We will be back to Seaside and we will stay at EBB tide again
Manager was the best part of our stay! Ruth was very accommodating and friendly. Greeted us every day as she was out on the property making sure everything was good and ready for her guests.
Location in Seaside is great, about two blocks from the promenade and a block to the beach.
We stayed at this hotel for the two person tub in room 131 for our anniversary and the tub was definitely the highlight of this room.
Room was awesome! Loved the view and the loft in it. It was nice being on the Prom and honestly this hotel was way nicer than the Best Western who rooms were WAY MORE EXPENSIVE! The reviews for the Shilo were what got me to change my mind after reading some of the ones for the Best Western. We came here to celebrate my birthday and it was a great birthday.
If You don't like big hotels and spending a fortune for one night at Seaside it's the perfect place. This motel is very close to the beach (two minute walk, if You're taking pictures on Your way). It's quiet but still close to the main street. Our room was perfect for a stopover. We enjoyed it very much.
The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Parking was limited but a non issue. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was accommodating with the requests we had. It was our first stay in Seaside and we plan to return again. When we do, we'll be staying again at this Motel 6.
The room was clean, a decent size with comfortable beds. It was fairly quiet and the location was near several restaurants and the beach. I could see this hotel being good for elderly people who aren't as technology savvy and prefer a quieter, and less busy, part of Seaside.
The staff were very friendly, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable.
The hotel was very clean and had everything that we needed!
The location is amazing! We love Seaside and the surrounding coastal areas!
location, pet friendly. more space and roomy, quite at night .Apartment type studio .
my son likes the bath tube jets. I appreciate them putting us to ocean view than Mountain View with no extra charge .
Great location! Right on the promenade and on the beach! Large, clean, cozy room. Breakfast was really good and nice to eat on the outdoor patio watching the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!
The room was simply but tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed. The motel is on the beach front and did have an ocean view. The motel is also in easy walking distance of downtown seaside.
