The place is very convenient; the staff was gentle, and the room was quite comfortable for the price. Soft sheets, clean bedroom and bathroom, and a good smell overall. They also had gluten-free products, available by asking ahead.

Leiria has a nice historic center which is worth a walk.
Leiria has a nice historic center which is worth a walk. It also has a beautifully landscaped area around the river along its entire length. Pleasant cafes and restaurants (Street R. Dr. Correia Mateus is full of great restaurants). You can spend 2-3 beautiful days here, a week seemed too long to me. It has good and frequent transport connections, a bus station right in the center. It was 50 minutes by bus to Nazaré.

A great quiet old town with lots of places of interest (of historical significance), museums, exhibitions, archaeological excavation sites, galleries, etc. There is a lot of well-preserved historical architecture either, manifesting the vein of 'Old Europe'. Lots of parks for a walking and hiking, equipped with bicycle tracks, old gothic-stylish cemetery. For those who may be longing for 'civilisation' (as I usually do either) there is a huge Leiria Shopping centre with everything needed. As well as there's Lidl (or two) in the city. Worth visiting either for short vacation or as a place of historic sightseeing.

Small and cozy city with everything I need in walkable distances (for walk lovers. Amazing food places like Adega das Francesinhas with view to the Castle if you have the luck to have a free table outside.
Casa do Lume is a really beautiful place run by warm and welcoming owners. The room had everything we need, was nicely decorated, and very spacious. The pool area was big, clean, and well maintained. The location of the property is great for excursions to Leiria, Obidos, Nazarè, and probably also Lisbon. Helena and Americo make sure you have everything you need. Facilities are great and included a washing machine, which is helpful during a longer Portugal trip.
The Porta 20 guesthouse is so perfectly located: a 5 minute walk to the Jardim de Camões, and the center of Leiria, with its restaurants, bars, and historic buildings; 10 minutes to the excellent bus station; and close to supermarkets and a launderette.
But what really made my stay special was the staff. I received a delicous and varied breakfast box every morning, my room was small but had everything I needed for a month-long stay.
easy to park in front of the Hotel.
very friendly owner and a exquisite selection of Local food and wine in the restaurant. The dinner was a dream. Hand selected, well balanced and high quality breakfast. Laundry service, clean and newly built infrastructure. Highly recommended.
Excellent. Everything that you would expect in a continental hotel.
Good choice of breakfast items.
Staff were very happy to help you and have a good working relationship with each other.
Nothing worse then staff arguing and bickering with each other.
Everything was amazing, a beautiful apartment, a great location and a really nice owner, Orlando, who can't do enough for his guests. Thank you so much for an amazing experience staying in Leiria. We will definitely book again for next year. Ian & Benta
WINTER stay, room had great central heating making it warm and cozy. We enjoyed a Great stay at this hotel. Front desk and breakfast staff excellent. Breakfast very good, and healthy options. Good location. Very comfortable bed.
I've stayed in at least 125 hotels in the last year, and this is easily a top 10 for me. Hotel was beautiful, best hotel shower ever, breakfast was fantastic with homemade jams, must do if you like to wander off the beaten path.
We needed a nice hotel room for our last night in Portugal. after 15 days in Short term rentals we needed a place with a hot shower, robs and comfy beds. This place had all that. Perfect for business or one night.
Neat apartment in a lovely corner of Leiria old town. We particularly liked the roof terrace (access through a window so not quite suitable for everyone). Friendly host and very convenient location.
The staff are really really nice, room was perfect, spa is brilliant and the food is exceptional. Went on business, good location to get to suppliers. Would definitely recommend.
It was not breakfast available, it didn't have it.
Over all,.. poor. Some staff... nice. The good thing is that is very close to the old town part of leiria
