Fabulous-great location amongst the painted wooden houses. Very clean and modern. Great communal kitchen sitting area.
Bunks were very comfortable and loo/shower was very clean. Definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, the room and view exactly what I hoped, and the location was great; 20 minutes from almost everything in Aveiro. You could hear a train in the distance, but other than that it was a very quiet and safe area. And Uber's are an easy way to get further away.

It is a charming, small village, famous of stripped houses...
It is a charming, small village, famous of stripped houses of fishermen. Nowadays it is a good place for vacation on a beach or a good starting point to watch the nature of Ria, an estuary with birds and the nature. There are boat trips around the estuary. There are boardwalks along the ocean beach. The 'Maurisqueira' restaurant serve delicious fish and seafood. Aveiro is also close also with salina to visit and a passage on traditional moliseiro boat. You may also visit a porcelain factory 'Vista Allegre' museum in the nearby Ilhavo, as well as buy some porcelain in their outlet (if you have enough luggage allowance :) - don't worry, they ship everywhere)

It's right in the center of Costa Nova among the beautiful painted houses. We were in the off season, so there weren't too many people around and it was a great time to relax. Beach is 2-3 streets over and great place for sunsets. Place had some local places brochures for restaurants which we tried and loved Bronze Seafood & Lounge Bar. Free parking was available in front of the house. I would highly recommend this place!

The rooms were big and the beds very comfortable. It felt like we were visiting family. We could cook for ourselves just like at home. The owners were also very kind and helpful. They even had bikes for us to use. Kids were happy to play with the games. that they left in the apartment. It was our first time in Costa Nova and we look forward to many more stays.

The breakfast is delicious and the cabins are clean and confortable. This place has a really nice zen feeling. The huge beach is 5min walk and is empty, so much space and so quiet, we enjoyed every minute of our stay at Desertas. We hope to come back soon.
