Waking up every morning late, exausted after a sleepless...
Waking up every morning late, exausted after a sleepless night with moskito bites was terrible. The owners knows about the situation and do NOTHING! saying it is nature with nothing to do. As I told them nature is outside. Their role is to keep nature outside with moskito nets and traps, protecting their paying guests. They failed and keep failing doing it. The walls are red from previous guests battle with tens of moskitos. They gave up trying to clean these stains. Never go to Europarcs. The woman in charge said she has no budget for buying moskito traps and that some of their houses owners refuse to install moskito nets. SO LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND LET ME DECIDE IF I AM WILLING TO WASTE MY SUMMER VACATIIN IN HELL!! She wouldnt give me her managers phone number to complain, and clearly would not do anything to help us. Many guests would meet every morning at the reception complaining after .a sleepless night. Lovely house.
Lovely house. Shame about the plagues of mosquitoes which ruined our holiday. Insect repellants are a must here!!! Window nets installed in all properties would make this resort so much better. The staff were not that helpful in acknowledging that this was a serious problem with the resort.

This will be my last response to Uitdam's Europarc.
This will be my last response to Uitdam's Europarc. I note today of a return of moneys spent for lodging one night. I am surprised and happy to have come to this agreement. I thank them this way as I've had no email contact with them except an automated response to my complaints.
