The hosts are friendly, the room is comfortable and clean. Even though we checked in pretty late, everything was already well prepared for us.

Amazing view of Watzmann. The second highest mountain in Germany, majestic with its jagged shape. It forms the dominant feature of the Berchtesgaden Alps.
This traditional hotel enjoys a central location between Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee. It offers a daily breakfast, free parking as well as free WiFi in the entire hotel.
Quietly located in a large garden, this 3-star Superior hotel in Schönau am Königssee offers a heated indoor pool and Bavarian cuisine. Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee are a 10-minute drive away.
A large spa area, an indoor and outdoor pool as well as free Wi-Fi internet access are offered here. This family-run, 4-star hotel is in Bischofswiesen, surrounded by mountain scenery.

Great location, beautiful room. Upon arrival, they upgraded us to a better room than the one we reserved. Everyone is very friendly, the food is good.
This centrally located hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Berchtesgaden Train Station. Each room has a balcony offering stunning views of the surrounding Berchtesgaden Alps.

Great location with views of the hills. Close to restaurants and cafes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast buffet (hot and cold) provided. The room is very comfortable with everything considered. Property has a whirlpool and sauna.
Loved everything. Cosy & modern, perfect for a small family or for a couple or alone. Everything is easily accessible and easy to use. Nice supermarkets in Berchtesgaden. Beautiful view all around. Too many places to go and check.

It's a nice place, but the weather was a total gamble.
It's a nice place, but the weather was a total gamble. We in Ramsau for four days and it rained all the time. We had planned to hike Hocheck Watzmann, but we could only partially do it until Watzmannhaus. The route for it however was very beautiful! One can also visit the beautiful Wimbachklamm gorge in Ramsau(for a fee of 2 euros). Another small and peaceful place is the Hintersee. One can see the mighty Hochkalter in the background. We also explored the region of Konigssee, Obersee and Jenner, which were quite beautiful.

The municipality of Ramsau together with certain guest house and hotel gives the traveller some daily itinerary based on the weather (guests can surely have their own plans but its a nice idea).
Our itinerary was always kept on our breakfast table. It is a nice way to promote the are and keep the guests guessing on what will be the next adventure

If you have time you should drive around it and driving from Munich is very rewarding.
We should have planed for a whole day hiking,But we are with a four year old kid so have to wait until he grows bigger
Ramsau in general is more expensive than Munich, it can get pretty populated during weekends it is a very hot tourist place with in Germany
Fabulous large room (337), with balcony and seating area. Good and plentiful choices for the dinner and breakfast buffet, with different options each day. Very professional staff whilst also all being the friendliest staff we have ever encountered at a hotel. The setting is perfect for walking in the area, which was the object of our holiday. We didn't use the spa/swimming pool/sauna facilities, however for anyone who enjoys that aspect of a holiday I would imagine you wouldn't want to leave the hotel at all.
Location is very apt- away from crowd, but extremely well connected to Berchtesgaden. wimbachbrucke Bus stop is right in front of the hotel
It's a small Pension with a great location and view.
It's a 100+ years old property and they provide all basic amenities.
The host is extremely helpful and welcoming. Also, provided us the Day card which offers free travel in bus and extra discount on multiple things. Breakfast was included.
Would definitely recommend it to anyone..
All the staff was really lovely and kind! They were outstanding at all times! In addition to that, the hotel is beautiful. All the facilities sugest you to have a good time and relax! The small details make a big difference! We just loved everything! I really recomend it, if you want to have a relaxing time. Not very good for loud groups, since it's a quiet environment. And can't forget about the food! Delicious and amazing breakfast!
Superb location for a scenic view in Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden. Great facilities. Very cozy, bright, clean, and warm, way better than my previous stay in Hallstatt. Nice internet connections in such rural country side (I had my telcon in the morning smoothly). The host doesn't speak much English but was very kind. You need to pay 50% via bank transfer in advance but it is very worthy to do so for a lovely stay in here.
We booked this hotel as a second choice because I received no confirmation of our intended booking at the nearby Hotel Rehlegg. By the time I discovered time my first choice was showing full - we wanted to go to the area because it was where my wife and I first became engaged.
Our room was very nice and spacious The breakfast every morning was very good and hearty. The hotel and restaurant staff was outstanding, and very attentive to the guests. The location right there on the lake was absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to return again soon.
Very attractive family-run b&b in a very pastoral, scenic, quiet location 4 km from Ramsau. Very comfortable room. Very generous continental breakfast. Cozy decor. Private parking. Owners very friendly. No credit cards. Beautiful place to retreat and relax.
Very friendly and kindly hosts. Close to Berchtesgaden town. I recomend this accomodation. I reccomend widraw cash from Sparcasse 3min from accomodation (Sparkasse Berchtesgadener Land) without any fees.
The location is good, right in front of the bus station. The room is clean and tidy, and the view from the window is super. The breakfast is rich in variety and the owner of the hotel is friendly.
Beautuful location, a tastefully decorated room, a great dinner in a hotel restaurant, a friendly and professional host. Excellent breakfast on the terrace with a amazing view of the mountains.
The hotel is located in a quiet pocket, yet within only minutes of driving from nearby towns (Ramsau, Schönau am Königssee, etc). The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Very friendly and forthcoming staff.
Great and beautiful location!
Remember that this is a leisure/sportshotel and not a classic hotel!
Would definitely stay again!
Fantastic hosts, idyllic location, beautiful apartment (and larger than expected), laundry in apartment, convenient to hiking trails and activities around Berchtesgaden
Beautiful accomodation and lovely hosts. Absolutely everything you could possibly need. Great location for exploring Berchtesgadener land and beyond too.
