Classic charm, warm atmosphere, all staff very good (end of the season but it didn’t show) especially the restaurant and housekeeping teams.

The views were stunning. We had paid for an ocean view room so could watch the sunset from the balcony. Didn't swim in the pool because the beach was so nice. Breakfast was lovely. It was a great location and close to Villasimius. Quirky hotel with lots of wall art.

Villasimius was clean and well organized with a lively town centre. The town was charming and the surrounding countryside was beautiful. Our favourite beaches were Cala Pira, Cala Sinzias and Punta Molentis.

I’ve been many rimes.
I’ve been many rimes. My main criticism is the cost of taxis. They are a rip off. Apparently there is only one main taxi firm in town. We were charged €25 for a cab for a journey of about 2 1/2 miles to the hotel.

The beaches are spectacular.
The beaches are spectacular. Nice choice of restaurants in the town, although the town centre doesn’t have the charm and character of other Italian towns we’ve visited, but it’s lively in the evening and you can get a decent meal.

Villasimius is a nice village, connected to a lot of beaches. There is a summer bus which is very punctual and can take you to different beaches. A quiet village which has some nice cafes, bars and restaurants, which are open all day.

We really enjoyed the quietness and low-key vibe of the area! If there is anything we would have wished for, it would be to have a couple of restaurants in closer proximity to the appartment. But, seeing as this probably would have ruined the low-key vibe, we really would not wish for anything else 😍

We fell in love with Villasimius. We will be back.
We fell in love with Villasimius. We will be back. Walking distance of the beautiful beach or a short bus ride. The bus will take you around to other beaches too. The restaurants catered for tastes. The main square has a beautiful bar cafe with table service only. We sat and watched the world go by. Lots of tasteful shops and boutiques. Everything we needed and throughly enjoy our stay. Can’t wait to book again
We had the pleasure of staying with a welcoming and helpful host, Tiziano. His kindness and informative tips about the region and its beaches greatly enhanced our stay. The view from the house was truly spectacular, and the house itself was clean and well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed our time on the terrace, where we could relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. This spot is an ideal choice for a delightful Sardinian holiday and an opportunity to discover its wonderful beaches.
Super friendly staff and very helpfull. They even let us keep our room on the date of check-out until 1pm so we could take a shower coming back from the beach.
Beautiful small hotel located in the heart of Villasimius city center. No parking at the hotel but plenty of possibilities to park in the streets nearby
Breakfast: a lot of choice and delicious
Room very spacious and confortable beds. The windows go into the corridor, but that didn't bother us at all.
We visited the place as part of our honey moon and the staff prepared us a very nice surprise, which made us feel very welcome. The room is spacious enough and really cozy. The bathroom was also fine size and condition. There was also a balcony with a nice spot to sit. Overall, we really liked the stay. The staff helped us with advices what beaches to visit and prepared for us Italian breakfast. The place is also in walking distance from the center..
The hotel was clean, quiet, very good located, but the thing that I loved is the care for the customers. We arrived before the checkin hour and they had already left the room ready for us! Also, we wanted to leave before the breakfast and they manage to get it ready a little bit earlier than usual so we wouldn’t miss it.
And the breakfast was delicious! Full of pastries and cream, Nutella, capuccinos… really great!
Totally recommend staying here!
Very good location close to the beach. Our room had a small garden terrace, liked to have an outdoor breakfast though had to make it ourselves. But there was a coffee machine in the room, were enough of coffee capsules for breakfast
If you need to get to a nearby village, you need to have your own car. Villasimius is a very nice town, everything is there from nice shopping till good restaurants
Fantastic hotel in one of the most beautiful parts of Sardinia. We stayed here for the second year in a row, and this hotel was one of the main reasons we wanted to return to Vilasimius. Excellent breakfast with some savory choices as well. Highly recommend having dinner here as well (make sure to reserve a table in advance!).
Everything is perfect! Ivan, his parents and their wise dog Mile are truly the greatest hosts we met during our vacation in Sardinia. Lovely breakfest (including homemade cakes) and gorgeous pool to start a day (before you go to one of many glamorous beaches around). Definitely best place to stay in Villasimius. Forza Lazio!
The location of this hotel was walking distance from the lovely beach. There were private umbrella and beach chair reserved for hotel guest. Location of the hotel is not far from the town.
Hotel is equipped with all amenities including lovely pool and restaurant. Rooms are like small bungalows with your own access.
Everything was a dream! The location of this hotel is exceptional - the beach is one of the most beautiful in South Sardinia. We loved the food, felt totally relaxed in their beautiful gardens and on our lounger facing this majestic beach - and the staff were lovely. We'd love to return!
Excellent location - the place is located literally a 5 mins walk away from a very nice, clean, pretty beach with rather shallow waters. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also very good. Very fast check in and check out.
The beach was within a mile walking distance and the town/village was less than half a mile. We were very surprised at how busy the village was at night, street entertainers and every restaurant full, but you felt very safe.
Breakfast was very delicious; kind and helpful personnel. Very nice place to be. Close to the beaches (10 min by car/ aprox. 20 min walking) and basically direct in the town centre (many restaurants near, gelatteria etc.).
We travelled from Ireland by motorcycle through France, Corsica and Sardinia to get here. Best property so far. Found a beach club a short walk away for an excellent evening buffet. It’s finished to a very high standard.
Location, perfect distance to walk into town or the beaches, breakfast, quiet, clean, relaxed and very friendly! The staff including housekeeping is outstanding so is breakfast!
Clean hotel situated in the centre but no noise from the streets. Friendly stuff. Delicious and various breakfast (nonsweet options as well which is hard to get in Italy).
