The staff in this hotel is absolutely amazing. They are very helpful and attentive. I had a problem as I booked the room for only one night however I was sure that I booked it for two nights. They helped me to extend my stay without any issues and with great customer service! I will be back definitely!

The choices for breakfast were exceptionally good. We also liked the layout of the lounge, bar and reception. The staff were all very friendly and professional and appeared happy at their work. Also, the location of the hotel was excellent being so central. The shower pressure was particularly good and there was always hot water.

It’s a dream for anyone with an interest in modernist/brutalist architecture. Excellent proximity to the Old town and all it has to offer. Close to tram stops. At the time of my stay, it was very quiet in the hotel which was relaxing.

Let’s start with location - it’s a tale of two cities. If your mission in Poznan is to navigate the city by car, then Mercure hotel offers a sanctuary with ample parking and stress-free access. But if you're dreaming of leisurely strolls in the charming Old Market Square, brace yourself for a bit of a trek, as the hotel stands a considerable distance away.
Five star Sheraton hotel is just a stone’s throw from this place, I often lean towards Mercure for a few practical perks - the expansive space in front of the hotel is a breath of fresh air for anyone who’s battled for a parking spot in a cramped city center. Also price: here you will find a room for twice the price of the hotel next door, and the quality of the rooms does not make much difference. The difference certainly remains in the customer service - at the Sheraton, you just feel like you're in a five-star hotel. Just check what you care about most on any given day.
The hotel itself has seen better days but has been spruced up to meet four-star expectations. The rooms? Decently appointed and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of urban exploration or business meetings.
As for the service, it's pleasant enough, however, it often hovers closer to a three-star experience, never quite stepping over the threshold into four-star territory - a real pity, considering the potential simmering beneath its surface.

One of Poland’s oldest cities and a birthplace of the Polish nation, Poznan is the capital city of the Greater Poland (Wielkopolska) region. Famous for international trade fairs, high quality shopping and popular festivals, this city is on the rise!
Its colourful medieval Old Town flourishes with dozens of bars, cafés and pubs open until the early hours of the morning. During warm days, you can sit in one of the pretty beer gardens and admire the architecture and the world going by.
For something different, enjoy Europe’s only steam-hauled passenger train and ride to Greater Poland National Park. Alternatively, visit the reconstructed brewery and indulge in shopping, as the Old Brewery is now one of the world’s best shopping malls.
Poznan lies halfway between Berlin and Warsaw and perfectly combines the old and the new, from Ostrow Tumski with its beautiful St. Peter’s and Paul’s Cathedral, to the glass and steel of Poznan International Fair and the city's skyscrapers.

Beautiful city with plenty to do over a long weekend.
Beautiful city with plenty to do over a long weekend. We enjoyed the local food very much and would recommend it to other travellers. We booked a couple of activities like the Undercover Poznan and the local croissant making workshop, both were great fun.

Beautiful city for a long weekend of history, architecture, and eating and drinking. We spent a leisurely day each in the old town, cathedral island and the Kaiser's Castle/university area. Lots of green spaces, cafe culture and shopping. Ate at low to mid-priced restaurants and enjoyed every meal.

I haven't been into the city as I was travelling for work and visited locations around Poznan. Major roads are well-kept, but local roads from the highway to smaller cities/villages are in bad condition, but drivable.

Poznań is important city in Poland's history.
Poznań is important city in Poland's history. Many places to see, historic places an museums. Old Market Square is a must see place.
Now many cycling lanes are available.
There is so many pubs and restaurants that it is really hard choice to make.
Many places across town are having walls decorated with graffitis.
I’m really satisfied with my stay!
The check in was quick and smooth, my room was very clean and had everything necessary for a good stay including water.
Even though my room was located almost in front of the elevator and I’m kinda sensitive to sounds I wasn’t bothered at all, the room was sound proof.
The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the old town.
I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m back to Poznan!
Everything was perfect, They gave me my room earlier, free welcome drink, amazing staff in the reception especially in the morning shift the boy with black hair,he was so gentle. My room was big and nice, the breakfast was amazing super delicious and so many opinions and the boy who is host in the restaurant he was super friendly.
I stayed in many hotels in Poland,I can say now that Puro is the best hotels in Poland.
The hotel is perfectly located. The historical city centre is in approx. 20 min. walk, the tram station is in about 5 min., the main railway station is in approx. 10 min. on foot, supermarkets and other shopping facilities are at the mall just around the corner.
The room was clean. It was possible to make it dark at night, although the hotel is situated near a quite busy road.
Extremely reasonable price for a large room with character and comfort. Felt like Poland. Staff speaks minimal English but was not an issue. Very secure with digital key to building. It's a bed and breakfast more than a hotel so when they text and ask when you will arrive try to be accurate because that is when they will be waiting for you.
It's modern, it's affordable, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and tidy. Definitely will stay again and it's by far the best hotel for the price that I've experienced in Poland. I've used the Hampton branded hotels in other countries as well, such as China, I've never been disappointed.
Well located hotel, only a 5-10 minutes drive from the city center.
Swimming pool was great with the nice temperatures.
Diner was excellent, our compliments to the kitchen staff!
Reception Manager Klaudia helped me a lot in advance by booking transportation from the airport, restaurant visit,...
Everything was perfect and staff were extremely supportive and kind. Food was delicious at the Comm hotel’s restaurant. The rooms are spotlessly clean and warm. Beds very comfy.
This is the best place to stay in just a few minutes walking from Poznan airport. I wish I could stay longer.
I loved the sleek modern decor in my apartment. It's well equipped and comfortable. Nothing was worn out in the apartment I stayed. Thank you for accommodating my request! Poznan's old town is currently under renovation but I still enjoyed this beautiful city and I highly recommend it.
Very good location, close to Stary Browar, walking distance from the old town, easily reached by car. Friendly staff, nice room and good facilities. Very good breakfast - during the whole trip I stayed in 4 different hotels, this one had the best one.
I generally like Hampton by Hilton not only in Poznan but also in other city. Compared to several similar hotel brands, it offers the best breakfast. Room was big and comfortable and the location was also very great. Check in process was nice also.
The hotel is really modern, great design and location - very near to the old town. The staff is helpful, everyone speaks perfect English, the guys are really friendly! A special thanks for the great breakfast! The best start of the day, really.
Super clean, comfortable bed and sheets, good value. No problem with parking, plenty of spaces outside the hotel, right in front of the airport and close to the race track. Staff is very friendly and professional.
Hotel is nicely decorated. Perfect location, right in the city centre. Comfortable bed. Perfect airconditioning. No noise from the streets. Room and bathroom are very clean. Nice to get a drink on arrival.
Staff was very welcoming and friendly, some of them could speak English very well. Very child friendly people. Hotel is 15 minutes to the old town. 30 minutes Uber drive (40plb) to the airport.
Perfect location, just few km from airport where from is possible to arrive by a walk.
Beds are comfortable, room is clean.
500m from the hotel there is a Auchan mall with good restaurants.
We had a great stay for one night before our flight from the Poznan airport. Spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff, free parking and a short drive from the Old Town. Much appreciated!
I loved the stay in Traffic hotel, very central location for me in Poznan, close to all the areas that I liked spending time in. Room was small, but well kept & very clean
