This is an absolutely lovely place to stay: beautiful but simple, full of charm and simple but careful touches. Typical old Mallorcan and immaculately kept. I loved the pool and the tiny lamps and fountains.

Very close to Portocolom, which has decent shops, nice restaurants, and a beautiful beach. The house has all the things you need, including a well-appointed kitchen. It's very private and quiet so it's a nice way to combine staying in the countryside while actually being close to amenities. The property manager made us feel at home and very well taken care of.

I loved the relaxed feel of Portocolom. It's such a beautiful place and very easy to get around. I would not recommend if you are looking for bustling nightlife! I wasn't, so it was just perfect and I will definately be going back for that very reason. I can highly recommend two restaurants; Marsal which is beside the beach and also Ses Portadores, facing the harbour. The nearby beach, Cala Marčal is so beautiful and in the opposite direction, again only minutes away, is a lovely harbour, which is perfect to go for a nice morning walk. I fell in love with this area for so many reasons.

Sunbeds with a safe on the sunshade
Safe, clean beach with lifeguards, shower and toilets
Gets very busy at weekends but enough space if renting sunbeds isn't wanted

Porto colom is a very quiet and relaxing area, ideal for couples of all ages, there are lots of restaurants located by the harbour but there is also a few by the beach (Cala marsal) and on the main road down to the beach. One of the restaurants by the beach often has live music, the only downside to this beautiful area are the steep hill or steps down to the beach if you have mobility issues, but it didn’t stop us taking walks as there are plenty of benches to rest and take in the clean air and breathtaking views , this was our 16th visit to Porto colom and it won’t be our last, we are already making plans for our 17th .

Portocolom has the beautiful Cala Marsal and the bay with a port. It doesn't have too many hotels lined up so that it still feels like a nice little town.
The restaurant Kaikuana Beach right next to the Cala Marsal is lovely. You can look at the sea and enjoy an excellent dorada.
Fantastic location! Everything I needed for a 3 night stay was really close by.
Felt really safe in the hotel and surrounding areas as a solo female traveller, and seen other solo females too which is always a good sign.
Room exceeded expectations for what I paid, and for what I needed for a few nights was ideal. Bed was very firm, but for me I like a firm mattress.
Would recommended and would definitely come back!
We liked the location (even though the hotel doesn't have a parking, there is a lot of space to park in front of the hotel for free), quiet and safe, easily reachable plus fairly close to all the beaches on the east south coast that we wanted to visit.
The hotel itself has a lovely boho design, and we liked our room with a hot tub especially, it was of a perfect size, and the interior and facilities were on spot.
Toni’s apartment was far nicer than the pictures showed. The location was exceptional, beautiful views (and parking was no problem, we always found a spot close by). Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Toni left a manual detailing all the restaurants and beaches that were worth visiting (amongst other helpful tips for enjoying Portocolom). He was always available to assist with whatever we needed help with.
The house was well equipped and we enjoyed the sunlight in the lovely garden. The kitchen has all amenities you need for cooking. The key handover was very easy, there's a key box and the agent give you a code so you can check-in even during the night. Very good service. The situation of the house is excellent, a few minutes to the beach and Portocolom town. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house!
We liked the stay in this apartment and in Portocolom. Everything we needed was in the apartment, as well as a parasol! Everything was nearby to walk: one of the many beachs, the port ot a bigger supermarket. We could recommend the stay in this apartment, also we liked the small swimming pool you could use while staying there.
Beautiful property with very friendly staff.
Great pool.
Free upgrade to our room to a two bed two bath large townhouse set up.
Quiet, very dark with shutters closed to sleep in if you want to.
Cute cats and a family of geese on property.
Close to Portocolom and local restaurants but do need a car.
I liked:
- the staff, they were super friendly and helpful. Good communication!
- the room was good with space and nice view from living room.
- quiet place
- location because it was easy to walk around for going to beach/restaurant/buy things .
- kitchen is super convenient
- facilities
Very stylish hotel, very nice design, everything was new, very kind and helpfull staff, good breakfast. Well equipped room, missing the shower gel and shampoo, do. The renovation of the hotel was not finished, not ready spa and gym area, hope next time we will enjoy all the facilities.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms big enough, nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. I really liked the environment of the hotel. Big terrace with lots of tables and sun beds. Beautiful garden and possibility of sitting on rocks just by the sea. Good place to rest.
Everything was great! From how the property looked like to the view. Plus, the owner was super communicative, sent me detailed instructions on how to enter the property and gave me some tips about the beaches and the restaurants around. Totally recommend it!
I liked the SPA area, the pool and terrace, the surroudings, the views are amazing from the top floor and also from the terrace. The hotel facilities are very clean. The hotel has a great location.
The location is just perfect for peaceful stay, beach is just few minutes away with super clear/blue water ! Many restaurants around. Also the breakfast were delicious with great variety!
Loved the location, 2 minutes walk to the best beach in Portocolom in my opinion. Lovely quiet swimming pool area, nice room with most equipment needed for cooking and living.
Perfect location to visit the south of Mallorca.
Quiet and spacious for all the guests, with the 3 pools.
