Very lively, very touristy along beach area, more friendly in the old town area where you can have a meal without pointing to a printed picture! The stay at La Torre in Cambrils was super. Its not big but all the facilities you need were there. Great view and nice place to eat for luch and diner. Supermarkets in the surrounding etc. We would love to go again.

This is a place for those who want the sun, sand and the...
This is a place for those who want the sun, sand and the ocean. Nice walks along the promenade beside the marina and beyond. Prices in restaurants and for boat rides are very high. Architecturally, the 'old' town hasn't much to offer of interest and it's impossible to get a taxi from there. However, the old port is interesting in terms of its history, and is well worth a look.

Been to Cambrils many times, I have family there. You’ll need a bit more than basic Spanish. Shops , bars and restaurants are plenty and prepare to queue, locals know what they want! Don’t take gbp , no where to change them , use your cards , you’ll get the option to pay in either currency.LisaUnited Kingdom

Just fell in love with Cambrils. The room and the whole hotel itself. Very modern, clean, quiet.. Communication with the staff - always there to help, very attentive and caring. Also appreciate the fan above the bed (in addition to AC, of course) as we all a regular fan (hotels always have these small ones which baredy dry your hair, IF so)!!!

Hotel is near the beach but gates do not work properly. Either gates were open half day or closed because lock was broken. Every morning all sunbeds near the pool get occupied by towels and difficult to find any free. Hotel does nothing to help guests. Evening shows were really poor especially "beatles". It had been recently renewed and had all the appliances you may need. It was very clean and the balcony was just perfect for breakfasts and dinner. The pool is great and not very crowded.
