Thank you for this amazing stay ! We got upgraded and the apartment was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy : the little kitchen, the bathroom and the rooms.
We warmly recommend this place, and the location was ideal for those who want to visit the north-east of the island the next day.
If we ever come back to Iceland, we will definitly come here again !

Our one-night stop turned into two due to a heavy storm. The hotel handled the situation very amenably. Good food in the hotel and also at the café and village shop in Breiddalsvik itself, which is about 5 km away. Fantastic scenery all round. Motor museum and brewery in the village with the opportunity to go for horse rides directly from the hotel.

Unfortunately a tour bus of people arrived to the town in the moment and a tour of the art was given (to people not staying in the hotel) and a few tourists invaded my personal space being guided by the concierge. This was especially unwelcome during Covid.
