Lovely location which was peaceful and quiet. Room was small but plenty enough for us. Loved the shower and we both slept like logs! The outside area was gorgeous and loved that we could help ourselves to coffee and play a couple of games of pool! Breakfast was lovely with some good choices to suit everyone.

Very nice location near the river. The greenery scene is very nice. The surrounding is incredible.
Hotel staff were amazing. We came early on the day, and asked the reception staff for an early check in. The lady at the reception promised that once the previous guest checks out, she will inform the housekeeping to prepare the room for us. She did and we had our river view room ready early (Around 12 PM). Thanks for going extra mile.
The free was handy.
Breakfast in the Coppa club was decent.
Room was quiet and cozy. Clean and has a nice view.

Arrived at hotel but did not stay. The receptionist waited untill after we had paid to tell us that the facilities were closed for refurbishment. Explained that was why we chose the hotel and why not tell us before we paid. She then refused to refund money saying it says it on the site. Manager was called and he was unable to show me on my phone on the site where it stated closed. he said he was not authorised to do refund. He eventually did after I got upset and said I needed the money to find somewhere else. The process was not pleasant and had they informed us right away we could have made a informed decision. The hotel looked like it would have been a nice place to stay however we have been put off with the lack of customer service and our experience so it is not one we would go back to unfortunately.
