Very friendly staff who were keen to please, breakfast was lovely with a good choice. The location could not have been better, it is in the main square of Portofino. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and well equipped.

Great location very close to centre of Portofino, yet very quiet to get a good night's sleep!
The hosts gave us very clear instructions to access the property, which was very clean and welcoming.
The apartment has a beautiful large balcony and a good sized living room and kitchen, which we didn't end up using because of the number of lovely restaurants and cafes in the town centre. Overall, we very much enjoyed the stay, highly recommend!
On average, 3-star hotels in Portofino cost DKK 1,820 per night, and 4-star hotels in Portofino are DKK 2,599 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Portofino can on average be found for DKK 8,181 per night (based on Booking.com prices).
Portofino was beautiful and lived up to expectations.
Portofino was beautiful and lived up to expectations. However, it is tiny and the weather was not great which limits what there is to do. Two nights rather than three would have been enough.
Also it really is expensive. Not a place to go if you are on a budget.
My husband and son had brilliant food - particularly DaV Mere - but they love fish and seafood. Not great for vegetarians.

We enjoyed walking and getting around but Portofino is really small so don't spend more than one night there. I was expecting more people to be around but it was really empty after the sunset. People come in boats to know the harbour but they don't stay around after so it's very quiet (at least in April when I went). There aren't that many options for good food but the restaurant "Trattoria Tripoli" was a highlight of our stay in Portofino. Probably the best Frutti di mare spaghetti I have had in my life!

Portofino had been on the bucket list for some time so the expectations were high.... and so they were met ! A very very nice little village on the cost with all typical medditerrainian stuf. 1 day should be enough to cover it as a small place. Can recommend to travel here off season as no crowds and safe to move around. The Restaurants might seem a bit expencive but then they are good !

Portofino might have been a lovely place in the 60s - today it is a poor cartoon of a fisherman's village. Ridiculously overpriced (2 spritz + 0.5l water 33€) but still overcrowded. Seems there are a lot of people, that hope some of the yacht owners wealth will be shared with them if they get close...

Portofino is a hipe and we wanted to go there once, but unless COVID it was too much overcrowded.
It is a very small village around a harbour. Lovely with a lot of high fashion boutiques and restaurants along the harbor.
During July 2020 a lot of shops were closed but most restaurants were open - although only the once with the best rating on google and tripadviser were full, so we were glad to have a reservation.
the light at sunset is beautiful too - but if it does not have to be Portofino - there are other small beautiful fisher villages which are not so famous and expensive.
I have discovered a small paradise with this amazing flat in the heart of Portofino !
The fact that it is not situated directly near marina was a bonus for me, because it is quiet and you can really rest, which was my case !
Perfect address for a 3 people family stay.
The key system with code changing regularly is very easy to master. The Olives bay terrace is very reactivate on WhatsApp and is of a very good help to explain how to reach the place and how, where to park car if any.
Just one word : bravo Jacopo !
Great location with only a few minutes walk to Portofino harbor. Situated overlooking the ocean with a beautiful view and a private area with different levels of the “mountain” with sun beds where you can order drinks etc during high season and a small private beach. - Beautiful! - Very friendly staff and a really good breakfast that had the essentials of a hotel breakfast. I really liked that you could order a fewer hot dishes like scrambled and omelette vs having it on heating and potential waste.
Excellent communication & the apartment was huge! They even had breakfast items in the refrigerator for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the amenities you would need. The two very large bathrooms were stocked with toothbrushes, toothpaste, soaps & shampoos. The view from the balcony is probably one of the best from an apartment in Portofino!
The property was very clean and upgraded. The location is a mile walk to Portofino and 5 minutes bus ride to Santa margaritas. A couple of restaurants and a small tiny mart is close by. The parking was very convenient but cost 25 euros. The host Nick was very helpful and allowed us to stay until 12 pm. The view is great .
Really wonderful little guest house up the hill from Portofino with views forever. A very lovely place to stay if you want to get away from the town and relax. This is the perfect place from which to explore the other towns by foot if you like to hike - next time we will come prepared to do that!
Location. excellent ! the place was immaculate. we were 4 adults and PortifinoVip welcomed and accomadated our requests as there was some misunderstanding with booking.com. they did not make much of the problem ! very helpful staff with smiles
Beautiful location with the perfect view over the main port of portofino
Nestled in olive groves and lemon trees
Cozy, friendly guesthouse feel
Lovely outside space
5 mins from the bus and town centre
Location sensational- right in the heart of Portofino yet far enough away not to be bombarded with cruise liner tourists. Tastefully decorated with everything that was needed. Washing machine was a Saviour.
the location perfect, the view amazing
no Acs, nice for one night only. very important to know the hotel up to hill and you have to go upstairs more than 180 steps. don’t take any bag. only small hand bag
The photos of the property and view were accurate, and I could not take better photos. There is no way to leave Portofino with a negative opinion....simply one of the most beautiful spots in the world.
The property was beautifully furnished, very clean, and perfectly located within Portofino. We loved that it was situated at the corner of the building allowing for fantastic views from every window.
Fantastic location, quiet, nicely laid out.
Portofino is stunning.
The coffee shop next door was great, served the best coffee in Portofino and only 2E compared to 5E on the harbour front.
Clara’s house is perfectly situated in Portofino. Beautiful views of the main square . Walking distance to everywhere . Everything you need for a few days stay in this stunning resort .
Lovely and cosy apartment right in the centre of Portofino. The apartment was very clean and had all necessary amenities available for a comfortable stay.
