Benities is a tired resort, a few closed down businesses, it needs investment, the main road goes straight through the town and can get busy with traffic, the beach is stoney with lots of seaweed, the old town where there is abundance of restaurants was busy, food was good in the places we dined at, although the meals were a bit pricey

Benitses is a great place to stay at during vacation.
Benitses is a great place to stay at during vacation. Village is small and everything is located in one small center: Tavernas and restaurants, markets, souvenir shops, cofee shop, bus station... There are no modern buildings to ruin the look of fishing village and people are very kind, everyone I talked to knew English at least well enough to buy/sell stuff or order food. It has small beaches that are clean with clean water. It has Bus connection to the City and South and is a perfect place to start trips from to different places on the Island.AleksandarSerbia - 6.0Scored 6.0

The beach isn't upto much. They wanted €12 for beds in some places, where beaches in the south were so much better and between €7-10 There is a good bus service to Corfu town. We didn't have a bad meal during our trip plenty of places to try.SarahUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Benitses is a small village, but has a lot of taverns, small park and several souvenir shops. Beaches are not the best I have seen. My trip Was a short one, so I haven't had time to go around, but I'm sure great beaches could be find in the island. Corfu is full of olive trees, and vegetation in general is flourishing all over the place. There is a public transportation, but I did not use it, personally I prefer individual transportation, a car. The Town of Corfu is magnificent. A must visit and spend some time there.PredragSerbia

The owner, the whole staff and the views from the gesthouse are really WOW! Walk 2 minutes to the swimming pool. Walk 5 minutes to the beach, taverns, shops. Walk 10 minutes to the Marina, historical old city, bus stop and bakery. To the airport 20 minutes by taxi for 35 euros. To the capital city center 30 minutes by bus for 1,5 euros. The bus stop was very close and the trip into Corfu town didn’t take long the ticket cost €1.50. The Passas apartment had a beautiful view, was in excellent condition and had all we needed re crockery and cutlery. Regularly serviced with fresh towels etc and friendly staff. Best of all is the owner Nikos a gentleman and so helpful. I am looking forward to another holiday in Corfu and wouldn’t hesitate to book Passas Mare.

They have a private beach and a decent sized swimming pool. The rooms were super clean with a very modern bathroom. It is also only a ten minute walk into Benitses. If you hire a car then its 2 mins to Benitses and only 20 mins to Corfu Old Town. Honestly, it was a top, top holiday, we will return.

The apartment is cleaned every other day and looks exactly as pictured, maybe even prettier in reality. The kitchen had refrigerator, two burner stovetop, toaster oven, all dishes and pots and pans. The balcony/terrace was huge. The owners were incredibly nice. The bus to Corfu town and Benitses stopped right at the foot of the stairs to the property. Beaches nearby. A couple of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance.

Location of villa is about 15 minutes walk from restaurants in benitses . We didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere . Also at bottom of hill (5mins walk) we also got on bus to corfu town . Alexander the host was so helpful from the moment we arrived which made us feel at ease .
