    Exceptional place to stay.

Exceptional place to stay. We had a warm welcome, really great helpful staff. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. We has such a fantastic time, and wonderful comfortable bed, very relaxing. Everything was high quality including our breakfast ( lovely bright breakfast room with super views). Easily one of the best (actually, probably the best!) Place we ever stayed. Highly recommended, many thanks

We have visited Inverness three times now, but this was our first stay in Nairn. The beach is very welcoming with plenty of space to walk, run, play and enjoy the views; this is the kind of beach I would visit and walk along every day if I lived there. Located close nearby are various historical places to visit (Cawdor Castle, Culloden, Clava Cairns) and Inverness is not far away. Not being much of a "city person" I love to wake up to views and fresh air -- and Nairn offers places like the Invernairne Hotel that enable you to do that and still visit so much nearby.

Lovely seaside town near Loch Ness.

Lovely seaside town near Loch Ness. The beach was lovely to stroll along, as was the canal. Lots of restaurants dotted around town. An amazing ice cream shop located in park near the beach is worth seeking out. The architecture of some areas was stunning old Edwardian homes, really enjoyed wandering around the streets looking at them.

Charming town. I recommend visiting the Nairn Museum first. Their volunteers are helpful and have first hand knowledge of the history of the town. I recommend having a car to travel to sites around Nairn that are too far to walk.

Nairn is a very nice town except for the High St which like most in Scotland is suffering at present. However nice to remember the old shops closed now Mackays grocer, Rose Brothers, Gauls toy shop Heards Morgantis to name a few, Nice to see Pat Fraser is still there. Recommend the Classroom at the top of the High Street to eat. Very easy to walk around and nice walks at the river.

Well situated for accessing Inverness and Elgin by car and for exploring nearby historical sites such as Culloden and Cawdor Castle. Very friendly hosts who made beautifully presented and delicious breakfasts. They also provided gluten free toast which was wonderful (thank you!). The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms and amenities. It was also great to be so close to the seashore in order to take a walk in the morning by the water. Great place to stay and hope to visit again in the future!

This hotel has been much improved since it became part of the Muthu group, and is basically an attractive and comfortable place to stay in Nairn. It's set in attractive grounds and about a ten minute walk to the beach along a footpath across a golf course. Overall, it has a great feel. The conservetory restaurant is attractive and comfortable, and dinner was well presented though the taste was fair at best for a hotel of this type. All the staff were friendly, and the reception staff also efficient and helpful.

Everything! This apartment is finished to a high standard, beautifully clean and extremely well equipped. You literally only need to bring your clothes, food & drink. We stayed as a family of four and so used the sofa bed in the lounge but still managed fine. The location is exceptional, the high street, bars, restaurants & stunning beach are all only minutes walk away. This apartment was just perfect for our needs as a base to explore this gorgeous corner of Scotland.

This beautiful house is in a great location just outside of Nairn. Our room was nice and big, with a great jacuzzi bath. Hilary made us a lovely breakfast both mornings. The house is backed by a forest with lots of paths for walking. Plenty of nature around the property with red squirrels, woodpeckers and numerous other birds. Great stay - would definitely book again.

Comfortable beds, sofa, and lovely sunroom/fruit tree area attached and the roses will be in bloom for the next visitors. The kitchen is very compact and contains all that is needed. Very close to Culloden site. Nairn is a lovely little town. We didn't meet the owners but communication was prompt. Much appreciated little extras.

Beautiful house on a quiet street within walking distance to town center and restaurants. Arthur is a very welcoming host who cooks great breakfasts. We were also treated with the most awesome shortbread made with his mother's recipe, and fresh flowers in the room. We are so glad we chose to stay here and in Nairn.

We like the secluded peaceful location, yet it is 10 minutes away from the beaches, golf courses and shops at Nairn. This is our second visit and the wooded grounds are a delight for children. The house is full of character and well kitted out. Shona was extremely helpful and friendly.
