i like the location of the Casa hotel within a wonderful forest location which brought back memory's of living in Windsor Great Park , the room and facility's are very good and clean, the staff were very helpful and polite, very good breakfast choice, i would come here again.

The town had a fantastic amount of cafes and eating places. Lots of different shops along the high street. Very attractive area with lots of woodlands areas/trees. Also the train station was within walking distance. Around the area are lots of different towns to it and a good number of hotels.

Very poor hygiene, dirty and smoking stinky room as first, then the substitute one was as dirty. It was too late to find another hotel. We asked to be refund the morning after and went to another hotel. We have pictures of the dirty rooms and bathrooms.

Staff welcoming and professional. Rooms are adequate. Shower & bath. Room carpet however was disgusting, covered in stains from drops of what looked like blood and bigger dirty stains . The services alongside have kfc etc food options late into the night.

I was there visiting family so not really got lots to say. We have been to a couple of places around and they were all fine and the places we ate out in were all good. Plenty take-away places to choose from too so no cooking :)). Some really nice walks around too

Easy access and facilities in place for a good night’s sleep. Comfortable bed and spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff too. Variety of eating houses just outside. I loved check out time of 11:00. For concern. I would have loved the option of a second pillow in the room and maybe a set time given to guests to be quiet. It’s location. It suited my travel plans. Facilities on site were good. Able to have my pet with me. I use Days Inn to visit family in the area but also use it to break my journey before travelling onto another location

When my mother in law arrived at the hotel she was also charged. The receptionist refused to give her money back, even though we had been charged twice for one very basic and awful room. After a long argument, I eventually got her money refunded. The hotel had even charged us two completely different rates! The room itself was extremely poor, basic and in desperate need of modernisation. Overall a terrible experience!RebeccaUnited Kingdom

They did move me. Up another flight in a small, old-smelling room. The shower was good. That's all I can say. For £66 this is way out of line with the current market...for a crappy room like I was given. No way I'll return at this price. I have recently been in cheaper, very, very nice Bed and Breakfasts and the likes of Travelodge which I round much better.

The Hotel whilst new has been finished to a extremely good standard (seems all the snagging was sorted before the hotel opened - which is great). In short everything was done extremely well, in every aspect, of our stay. The central location, close to amenities within Fleet, made it ideal.

It is well presented and the bedroom & ensuite were a good size and clean. The breakfast was really good with a great choice of continental to full English and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly. All in all, a good choice of accommodation & we will go again next time we are in the area.
