We stayed close to the old town at the Hotel Savoy,
We stayed close to the old town at the Hotel Savoy, Our double room with balcony was great for us but we upgraded to the apartment which was very spacious with a fab terrace and lovely views of the churches and parks. The old town was busy but not overcrowded, felt safe day and night, plenty of places to eat and drink, we at at Whispers and an omelette place, great food. 2 days in the old town was enough for us but if you like history and architecture then a day or two longer May be required. The city is amazing especially in the night time. I was hoping because it is a faculty city to be more young people outside but it was pretty much the opposite.
