Mamma Ciccia offers room in several locations in Mandello del Lario's centre, on Lake Como. It features 2 restaurants and a bar. Rooms here offer free Wi-Fi and overlook an internal courtyard. Very good location. The reception is amazing if you do not speak Italian and they are very kind and always here to give you help and tips to visit. They helped me for the ferry. The room is super clean with a kettle and tea and a mini fridge. The area is calm with everything you need. So much better than the business of bellagio or varenna. The locals are very nice. The hotel breakfast is great with all you need as a buffet. Also I had dinner at the café from the restaurant and the lasagna, the raviolis and the chianti wine was so good. I really loved the raviolis its the best I ever had. Will def come back. Grazie mille !

Hotel Aurora overlooks Lake Como in a panoramic setting. Relax at the free, private beach. The hotel includes an early 20th-century property and a lake-view villa built in 2009. The location of this hotel was perfect for our group. Hotel Villa Aurora is situated on Lake Como with easy access into the inviting warm water. We visited in June, it was busy but not overcrowded. Check-in was effortless due to the wonderful friendly welcome by reception staff. The restaurant had a picturesque view over the lake and all meals were amazing and delicious (of the highest standard). Restaurant and bar staff were attentive and friendly, delivering us with exceptional service. We made use of all their facilities - wake-boarding, kayaking and hiring a boat. The activities staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This property is only a quick 10 minute drive to Bellagio (the road is narrow).

Excellent customer care: reception staff were welcoming, friendly and provided great recommendations to help us plan on our stay. We’re also very responsive and attentive. Location is on the main lake-side street of Bellagio. Very charming and nice architecture. Rooms are clean and air conditioned and with good wifi. Didn’t use the spa so can’t opine on that. Everything I did use / experience was 10/10.

Overlooking Lake Como, Hotel du Lac Varenna offers accommodation with free WiFi in Varenna. Guests can enjoy meals at the on-site restaurant and a drink at the bar. The location was amazing with the lake view and the breakfast was very tasty and full of options. Everything was perfect and the city is so pitoresque, we loved it more than Bellagio.

The view from the room and room terrace is spectacular. The pool is great with spectacular view. It is very quiet and relaxing and the room has very good curtain shades so you can sleep very well in the morning. The host is very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and they clean the room every day. The room is huge and you have plenty of space. Breakfast is very good, you get croisssants, bread, butter, jam, nutella, coffee/tea, fruit, fruit yoghurt, juice (and if you need anything additionally they will bring it to you). They offered to pick up us at the ferry station when we came to Bellagio. Bed is very comfortable and good size. If you need iron or anything else they will bring it to you.

Located in Oliveto Lario in the Lombardy Region, 10 km from Bellagio, B&B L'erica features a terrace and a garden with both lake and mountain views. The location is right on the water, nearby a pebble beach where you can swim, and very close to the Bellagio town center (20 minute drive). The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. The host is very kind and attentive.
