Warm welcome. Staff were helpful with dinner recommendations and booking. Location was great with a lovely 10-15 minute walk to Cardiff Castle via the park. You can also pick up water tacos in the park to head down to the harbour. Great breakfast. Appreciated extended free parking on day of checkout so we could see the sights.

Our room was delightfully spacious, thanks to the high ceiling—I think I recall the staff saying it was a complimentary upgrade from Booking.com! The stay was peaceful, and the prime location make dining and sightseeing easy. Internet speed was consistently good. The staff were cordial, and both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and seamless.
