The beds are uncomfortable. Updated newer mattresses would be great. The condo furniture upholstery needs to be cleaned or updated to promote more cleanliness of the condo units. As well, the condo carpet should either be cleaned or replaced with suitable flooring to show that the hotel is seriously committed to a cleaner environment for guests.

The location was excellent. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. The condo view was scenic. The main pool is visually attractive with a waterfall within the pool area. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo provided ample well-designed space for a longer stay.

The shower floor was slippery. We suggest some safety handrails in the shower.

We loved the spacious condo with three bedrooms and we loved the pool and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

The television had a couple of minor problems. Someone came out to help me fix it.

I had a one BR unit and it was very large and roomy. All of the paint, furniture and appliances seemed nearly new. The bathroom was large and included a jacuzzi tub. Covered parking was nice. Close enough to the beach to walk in about 12 minutes. Shopping and dining nearby.

The unit was very spacious, clean and quiet. There were plenty of venues (restaurants, shops, etc) that were walkable. Easy access to the beach, as well as pools available if preferred. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay

My husband and I loved Waterside by Spinnaker Resorts! Our one bedroom was so spacious! The resort is in the perfect location for walking to the beach or to the Coligny Plaza. The amenities were amazing. Great pool area with ping pong, checkers, corn hole, and a hot tub. We loved the nature around the resort that makes you feel secluded even with being so close to shopping! We will definitely be coming back!

The AC didn't cool down the whole apartment. (We had to close the door to the bedroom for the nights as the ice machine makes ice cubes the whole time and the "clonk" from the falling ice irritated us). Minor issue...

We were very happy in our Waterside apartment. The rooms were big and clean, everything was in very good condition. We used the washing machine and drier and that worked very well. The pools are nice and clean. We walked to the beach from the resort and rented bikes in close vicinity to the resort. A supermarket is also close by.

Wish the bedroom had not only the blinds but the pull down shade. To make the room a little darker. But other than that. Spectacular.

I liked the room. It was a 3 bedroom. We were in awww of the size and comfort. Wish Hilton head would cut trees down and have a little more oceanfront resorts.

There were so many activities to choose from. The had a very large pool. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the shops were only a block away

The pillows were very flat, and not comfortable. The sheets were VERY noisy (?), and the bed moved a LOT.

Ree (Rae) at the front desk! I made an error on our departure date and she went above and beyond to help fix it!

The pool was cool, no hot tub at our complex. Resort has many buildings, spread apart, it was not a convenient set-up. We made 3 stops to check in. Reservation never said which building we would be in.

The rear deck facing a pond was wonderful for watching the birds, alligators & turtle. The condo was spacious & clean. The available bikes were very useful.

The tv package was lousy. We had a tough time finding the channels we wanted, and we often could not. Too many worthless channels, and difficult to find the normal channels - if they were even part of the package.

We visit Hilton Head often and have family coming from different areas and are often only allowed 2 parking passes which is always a huge issue when not traveling together. It was such a nice welcome to be told at check in that was no issue! All the staff we encountered was very friendly!
