Gym was closed. Breakfast was difficult, no where to sit, not much to choose from. There appeared to be 2 bus loads of other tourists all trying to have breakfast at the same time.

There was a shuttle from the airport.

The breakfast was just Toast and Coffee which wasn’t set up when they opened even though staff arrived earlier. Many guests had to leave without any breakfast.

The hotel under the construction should have been mentioned online. There is no breakfast area. We were given a bag of so-called breakfast.

Very clean and simple room. Shower A+. Very comfortable bed, quiet. Helpful staff and check in was very easy. Would recommend if you need an overnight at LAX

A bit tired. Breakfast was very limited and cereal tasted stale. Staff didn’t appear very friendly; perhaps they were tired also!

Breakfast didn’t start until 7:00 so we couldn’t get it before our flight. Parking fee was outrageous and was not included or even estimated when we made the booking. Parking was 40% of the cost of the room. That’s ridiculous!

The hallways were a bit run down and the elevator cabs had pieces of arborite facing broken off, giving this property a poor first impression. Also, breakfast was very minimal - 1 two slot toaster meant there was a continuous queue for people toasting bread.

The breakfast was not the best but everything else was good. Had to pay $45 parking for the each of the 3 cars that we had.

Parking was $45+ tax a day but this wasn’t identified when booking. Felt expensive as a surprise. Breakfast was very basic - white toast with jam, frosted flakes or raisin bran, occasionally some waffles came out but were gone before everyone was served.

Bed was comfortable and room was modern. 24hr reception was good. Location was good. Nice staff.

Listing says restaurant but they don’t have one. There is a limited breakfast - very limited but coffee good. No much available for food except McDonalds

barely any food for breakfast we got a room on 10th floor and 9/10 times only 1 out of 3 lifts was working. long cues to just get to our room.

great location, close to LAX airport which you can get to/from by a free shuttle bus REALLY nice food in the restaurant in the evening

The lightning in the hallway was dim, the carpet dingy, and the smell of Marijuana emanating as we walked to our room. Complimentary breakfast was so so. Not much of a choice to eat. Wasn't informed about parking charges, which were absurd (45.00 a day) The elevator sometime worked. Had to wait 15 minutes for a working elevator.

The breakfast is very poor, nothing healthy and filling to choose from unfortunately, just loads of sugar in everything. No eggs, meats, cheese, fruits, vegetables…for as much as we paid to stay for one night, you’d expect an equally nice breakfast - but no, big disappointment

Starting with the shuttle, when you called the recording told you where to wait for the shuttle. Directions were off and we had to ask airport staff, and then we were still unsure, because an hr went by and we never saw saw a La Quinta shuttle and we saw others 3 or 4 times. When you called the local number, it rang incessantly, never answered. When it finally arrived it was standing room only, shared shuttle with Holiday Inn. The staff at the hotel were tired, the hotel lobby, elevator and hallways were tired. You got the impression it was poorly managed, and then we saw a posted sign the next day "new ownership in progress". Aha!

The room itself was not bad. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. The air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Overall, hotel was really clean. The best part of it, has to be the staff, they were always friendly and helpful with my family. I arrived too early for the check-in, and they offered to hold my luggage for free, so I could go to eat and come back without worrying about it. Front desk ladies were short-staff, and even when they were on a rush trying to help every customer, they were always nice to everyone!!

There was only one bath towel for two of us, no tea bags or milk/creamer. Breakfast was poor as no fresh fruit as was advertised and only one 2 slice toaster for the dining room. Didn't like the plastic wrapped plastic cutlery and disposable everything 😠
