The rooms are dated and in dire need of renovation. Poor communication, no one responds to messages sent via Booking platform.

The shower pressure was not great.

The location was fantastic. Ideally situated near many shops and restaurants without all the associated noise. The surrounding beach is beautiful. The room was large and spacious.

Beach in this location is not attractive

For the price the place is clean . The location is not perfect but reasonable good. If you area budget traveler, this place will do. The beach in the area is fairly dirty not bad and swimming with the level of waves is dangerous . Its not Chaweng Beach or other beaches but for a night to two it's alright . I am used to high level hotels just book this to see what a lower tier and lower price offer in Thailand. The rooms are big in size and was a positive !

Beach and pools .but if you want a sunbed by the beach you need to get up at 4-00 am . Put your towel and book on it and go back to bed . Then midday go and sit on your sunbed you grabbed at 4-00 am . Otherwise love the place

Shower!!!!! Water pressure was quite poor. Room was not too clean as there were quite some bugs (ants, dead flies...)

Some areas of the property could be improved. The plastic lounge chairs around the pool or at the beach are old and falling apart. There’s a bad sewer smell around the pool, especially in the afternoon. I wish they would clean the beach in front of the hotel.

The cleaning crew is really good, they thoroughly clean the rooms every day and provide a new set of towels. The staff is extremely nice and smiling all the time. The location is great, it’s in a quiet area of Lamai but still very close and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. The Italian restaurant in front of the hotel’s entrance is excellent (it’s owned by an Italian) The hotel is also located right on the beach so it is very convenient. The rectangular pool is large and deep enough to swim. They also rent scooters at very competitive rates.

I have stayed before and chose to come back as I had a great stay last time. I noticed the rooms are just starting to look a little worn although everything functioned fine.

I like the layout of the villa and location on the beach and near the middle of town. The staff are professional and very nice. The room is well equipped and the bed comfortable.

Clean hotel room in a very good location. You're in the center, with access to the beach and the central street, but without noise.

This island part's full of bar so as soon as we where outside of the hotel it wasn't that family friendly for young teenagers.

As a famille it was a very convinient hotel and family freindly the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach everything was easy. And nice restaurant by the pool nothing too much but easy.
