Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe only thing I’d say was that there wasn’t much room to put or hand our clothes, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. There was an option for a wardrobe to be brought to our room but it was overly nessesary.
The property is absolutely stunning and the staff are exceptional! We arrived on Monday 13th May 2024 around 12pm and the ladies that were one the front desk couldn’t be any more helpful, gave us a map of the city and pointed out the great tourists places. We left our bags to check back in at 3pm and when we arrived back our bags were in our room. Any help or assistance we needed the staff were more than happy to assist!

United KingdomThere is nothing we didn’t like
We loved the decor of the rooms, and enjoyed having a jacuzzi on the rooftop; also free soft drinks in the mini bar in our room and complimentary Prosecco. The food in the bar was also very nice and an added bonus that is was served 24 hours

United KingdomThe noise, the hotel is situated on a corner and has a metro system that runs around the corner which is very loud, the sound insulation of the hotel is poor. Every time one went around the corner you could hear/ feel it. The hotel does supply you with foam ear plugs which does suggest they do know about the noise.
Very close to the main square, 10 minute walk. Very modern and clean inside.

GreeceFor such a hotel there were many little things that made us sad. 1. No wardrobe or drawers in the bedroom, asked for something and gave us (luckily) a plastic-iron wardrobe from IKEA. 2. The hairdryer was awful. Stopped working after every 30 seconds (overheated) and have to wait 3 min to cool down. 3. Something wrong with the bread in breakfast. All days seamed to be a yesterday-bread (but I really believe it was not) and you had to ask if they could put it in oven to fresh-it up. 4. No hand soap in bathroom. When we asked for it, they provided us 3 tubes of shower gel claiming that "it is the same thing"
Very nice location, 24H restaurant, nice breakfast

United KingdomOnly down side was no space for clothing in the room.
The location was perfect for the city centre, could walk everywhere easily. Restaurants and bars about 10 minutes walk. The hotel's restaurant food was fabulous, breakfast had a lot of choice and the pizzas were amazing. The staff were exceptionally helpful with maps, booking excursions, directions, and our driver to Auschwitz was really helpful with information en route. Wonderful stay.. would totally recommend.

The hotel was so relaxing, welcoming and nothing was any trouble especially by the two girls I dealt with at Reception (Mariana & Beata) who arranged all our tours and transfers to and from the airport. The Jaccuzzi, Sauna and complimentary bottle of Proccesso would definitely make me recommend this hotel. The hotel is also nice placed between the Old Town and the Jewish districts i.e. 15 mins each way.

United KingdomUsing the phone they give you for all functions takes some getting used to but ultimately works ok .Default mattresses are very soft, definitely take the option to change to a harder one. Reception was a little relaxed and not quite as professional as in other hotels. Perhaps a little too chilled? I expect reception staff to have excellent local knowledge - for example they were unable to advise us on trains to the salt mines (a station is next to the hotel) and merely referred us to their own excursion. BTW - go to the salt mines under your own steam, the train takes 25 mins and costs next to nothing. So easy. Anyway, these are minor observations. It's a great hotel!
Great location central to the Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Good restaurant with a great breakfast included. Decent whisky selection at the bar which I was working my way through. Sauna and Jacuzzi were most welcome after a busy day. Enjoyed the hotels luxury transfer to the airport in one of their two Rolls Royce. Will definitely be returning.

United KingdomThis property was amazing so close to the main square just a 10 minute walk to some lovely restaurants, rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds really comfortable, the hot tub on the roof top was excellent which is included in your room price and can be used 24 hours a day, this property also has a sauna which is also included but you have to book this with reception we didn’t get time to use it. On arrival we had a lovely complimentary bottle of presecco waiting in our room and some fruit which was a really nice touch from the hotel and the minibar which came in handy filled with soft drinks, milk and water we had a lovely stay and if we ever return to krakow this will be the place we stay again.

United KingdomOver the course of last few years I have been to this hotel on numerous of occasion and I managed to check all 3 types of rooms they over. The Classic,Delux and the Suite which are nice and modern. However, based on my stays and based on my personal experience the hotel somewhat fell a 'victim/hostage' to its success and customer demand as there are parts of the hotel that could do with an repair or upgrade. This is nothing to be ashamed with as I have seen them start to pick up on these issue and trying to fix it. Therefore I'm not sure I should even mention it in the 'What didn't you like?' section.
This is probably one of the better hotels in Krakow when it comes to location and what it has to offer to its clients and customers. The location is pretty much central with approximately 3-5 minute walk to old town square and its easily accessible by both car and public transport. The staff is always very helpful and will do their best to exceed your expectations with support and kindness.
