We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaSadly, the beds. I like a firm mattress, but it was REALLY firm. It could just be personal preference though so don't be put off. It was an overall great place to be when you have an early flight or just need to be close to the airport.
Very clean and welcoming. Staff was awesome! Very helpful. Room is nicely decorated and lots of storage. Very clean and the towels were great. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the airport! Breakfast was lovely with a variety of choices including fresh fruits, sausages, beans, crepes, different breads, jams, meats, and some kind of hot cereal. Oh, and waffles! Shuttle to the airport for our morning flight was easily arranged and so convenient.

Located a 20 minute walk from the airport or a 5 min transfer ride if travelling with luggage. Good choice of buffet breakfast and the restaurant was reasonably priced. Staff were excellent.

FranceDuring my stay, some Guests slammed doors and talked loudly in the corridor. Staff must remind them to respect other guests and be quiet in the corridor and do not slam doors.

Czech RepublicTHE ONLY THING but it is mostly my problem - I like hard beds and here are soft like for the princess... So for me, quality of sleeping was reduced, but who likes softer beds, will be like in heaven
Staff was absolute proffesionals, I can nsay only positive things. Free WiFi was not stable, especially when all the guests came to their rooms, but nothing substantial. Breakfast fresh, great choice, VERY tasty coffee (not like in coffee shops but for hotel above average certainly like hotel), parking place big, enough space and finaly - great value for money!
