A cafe in the hotel would be nice, and crockery cups, not takeaway ones in our room.

Spacious room, good storage, eg shelving. Good toiletries, a fridge, an iron and hairdryer were all available in our room.. There were lots of eateries nearby. Bus and tram information was available near reception and staff helped us know where to catch them.

Shower had a weird smell otherwise bathroom was clean so no complaints. Hotel location is far from Amsterdam Centraal but close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk.

Super friendly receptionist team. Easily accessible by public transport. Room well equipped with all amenities you need during a city break.

Room service is not available, making it inconvenient for getting small things like coffee / tea sachets etc. from the Reception everytime. Cleanliness can be a tad better.

Pretty convenient as have few supermarkets nearby, restaurants too, have direct tram to amsterdam center just a street away, have a direct bus to Schipol airport on same street.

While the initial cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, the daily cleaning service fell short of expectations. The single room's bed was somewhat small.

During my brief two-day stay in Amsterdam at this hotel, I had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access from the airport via bus number 369, eliminating any transportation worries. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for places to visit upon my arrival. yet the room itself was peaceful, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Nearby, there are numerous halal restaurants and cafes, catering to various dietary preferences. Despite the proximity of a market of used tools its presence was not disruptive.

The hotel was confidently located not too far from tram stations for easy access to Amsterdam Central and also right on the 369 bus route for the airport. The economy twin room was very basic but fine.

During my stay, I encountered several issues with my room: 1. The fridge was not functioning properly, resulting in some of the food we stored inside becoming waterlogged. 2. The rubber seal between the shower door and the shower's glass wall was deteriorated, causing a lot of water to leak out onto the floor whenever we used the shower. 3. When we attempted to open the windows for fresh air, we were met with a disappointing sight—the windows were terribly dirty, detracting from the overall experience. I expressed my concerns to the staff regarding the issues with the fridge (1) and the deteriorated shower rubber seal (2), but unfortunately, no action was taken to address them during my stay. While I can understand that cleaning the windows might take time, the fridge and shower seal are essential for a comfortable stay, but they didn't fix them.

The breakfast provided a delightful experience, with the restaurant staff being exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The quality of both the coffee and the food was commendable, contributing to a thoroughly enjoyable breakfast experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel boasts excellent connectivity to public transportation, making it convenient to access buses or trams for reaching your desired destinations with ease.
