Would have breakfast dining included as cafe next door didn't offer much. But really not too much of an issue.

The hotel was modern, room well appointed, beautiful linen, we liked the bed size as it gave more room to move around. Bathroom excellent with nice products. Extremely well located to Shinkashen Trains, local transport and tourist buses. The onsen was amazing.

The room is very small but definitely in line with Japanese standard. The breakfast is in partnership with a cafe next door and very cheap 990¥ but with limited choice. The staff speaks limited English

There were no free complimentary water on the room. The room was small like other budget hotels, it would be good if luggages can be kept below the bed. It would also be good if they allow eating/drinking on the lobby area where the microwave is located, since there are seats.

I love the sento/onsen, it has both indoor and outdoor bath. It was also very close to Hiroshima station. The room was also good for 2 people. My husband loved the bathroom. You can also see on the TV the status of the laundry as well as the vacancy of the sento/onsen. The sento/onsen area has a cold water that you can drink after taking a bath. The pajama was also very comfy. There was also a microwave on the 1st floor. It was also very easy to check in and out. The view from our room was great! I love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You can get as many toothbrush/toothpaste, bath towel, coffee/tea as you like. Overall great experience!

Loved this hotel. They gave us pyjamas / indoor clothes to wear to the onsen. Onsen open until very late at night so great after walking around. Really comfortable room.

Great value for money! Staff was really great and helped us with our luggage forwarding. The hotel is very close to Hiroshima station. The rooms are small but have everything you need.

The dryer function is inefficient. At 10pm, I had to camp outside the laundry room to wait for an available washer/dryer as users came to further extend the drying process

Only Minor things -hard pillows again, and the washing machines seemed permanently on the go, only 5 on our floor( not sure if it was just the 5 for the whole hotel! ) waited 3 times to use one, eventually getting one at 11pm!

Location is brilliant for the Hiroshima train and bus station, which are both around the corner from the hotel, 5 mins away. The onsen was fabulous! Staff were lovely and could speak a little English or would use their 'pocket talk' machines to help converse! Luggage receiving/forwarding worked a treat again. The breakfast in the Komeda coffee shop attached to the hotel was sufficient to start the day. Room was compact, as per alot of the Japanese hotels, but had everything you needed.

Nice hotel, good location, especially when travelling to the center of the town, or to Miyajima. Room well equipped.
